The Aging and Family Services Division promotes an age-friendly community by providing a continuum of services to help older adults remain engaged, independent, and safe in their homes.

Supportive Services

Meet with an older adult specialist, a trusted source of information about resources and benefits. Engage with us online, by phone, in our offices or at your home to develop and monitor a customized plan just for you.

Emotional Support

Meet with a counselor to provide emotional support and develop a plan to feel better. We have professional and peer counselors who can meet with you in your home or on the phone.

Our Family Caregiver Support Program has specialized classes, support groups, counseling, and educational opportunities.
