WELCOME As a relative new Brand in the BMX Racing scene, we are very proud to introduce our 2019 line. This is already our 3rd collection at Inspyre Bicycles, the two previous seasons passed by at an incredible speed, confirming we are having a lot of fun working on our Brand and Products.
This season, keeping the same approach as we have since day one, we had a lot of testing and feedbacks sessions with our factory team riders, we spent a lot of time with them discussing products and BMX in general to prepare this current line and to set our plans for the future. We also focused our efforts on young riders and launched our “Factory Next Gen’” Team in December ‘017 supporting young promising riders from our Region to help them accomplishing their goals and to have a great group of kids representing the Brand ! It was awesome attending all Regional / National and European Rounds with them and seeing them all doing very well all season long. Spending time with them at races allowed us to validate ideas and projects we had for this new line and for future developments.
This 2019 line is the result of all these moments spent with our riders and other riders, people we met at races, tracks, talking with them about BMX and products. We are looking forward to having every riders to find out about the details that went into this line.
While our Concorde frame was recently released, we did not operate any technical changes for ‘019, we are bringing two new colours as limited Edition : - Brush Trans Blue as ridden by Jérémy Rencurel this season - Brush Trans Red as ridden by Jérémy Bodzen this season
Our EVO line received major updates : - New disk compatible dropouts (same dropouts as our Concorde frame), with integrated chain tensioner - Forward Joyride 2pcs crankset with external BB - Forward AM quick release seat clamp - Vee Tire Speed Booster on the full line - Cruiser model coming back to the line - New C&G approach : - Popping colours on bikes from Mini to Expert - More “conservative” colours on bikes from Expert XL to ProXXL EVO “C” line : - This is the carbon fork option specific - EVO-C Line comes with Pride Racing SLIK Carbon fork option for a 300 euros retail upcharge from EVO Line. - The bikes are delivered with the stock EVO fork, the carbon is delivered separately NEO Line : Our entry level line also sees major updates : - New 3D forged dropouts - New chain tensioners - Integrated headset with sealed bearings - New C&G approach, more “race oriented” At the time we are finishing writing this introduction, we already displayed our 2019 line at the French Championships and European Championships. Judging from the feedbacks we had, it looks like we delivered pretty well and we are looking forward to seeing our bikes hitting the tracks ! High end tubings for best riding experience In order to deliver the best out of our Reactive geometry, we chose the best alloys we could use to build our frames. Our premium 6061 T6 aluminium delivers exactly what is expected form a BMX race bike : The right amount of stiffness, comfort and strength. Combined with our hydroformed tubings, we are able to provide a high level package that allows riders to deliver all their power and riding abilities to be at the front of the pack and have fun on any type of tracks all over the World.
EVO LINE TECHNOLOGY
Our EVO line frames are designed with hydroformed tubes with means that we are able to design the exact tube shape needed in order to deliver what we need at the exact place we want. Not only hydroformed tubes allow nice looking industrial design, but it also helps adding lateral stiffness and / or torsional stiffness where needed as well as larger contact areas at tube jonctions which provide the riders a reactive frame for a great precise handling, while some other areas can be designed in order to flex a bit more so that it can filter vibrations. What you have in hands is a great BMX race frame providing the latest high end technologies available.
FACTORY WELDING
It is all about fun and progression. By Reactiv geometry, we mean geometries that have been fine tuned in order to deliver the best riding feeling and generate the most fun out of our bikes. Through the process, we always keep in mind which type of rider our EVO line is designated to, so that, on top of the rider level we target, every frame size is fully adapted to the rider’s height and by extension, to his age. This is the reason why we spent some time looking at what riders want depending of their age. With rare exceptions, sizes are usually linked with an age group and what an 8 years old rider is expecting to accomplish on a BMX is different from what a 15 years old rider is looking at. In that way, you cannot allow to have each bike reacting the same from a mini to a Pro XL, that would not be adapted.
From the Micro to the Junior sizes, we privileged stability which allows the riders to test themselves and masterise manualing with a great predictive frame that will also deliver a good snap and great stability when they start jumping. The Expert frame is kept short overall in order to provide what all kids are looking at accomplishing when they are at the age of riding and Expert size frame : a fun BMX easy to jump and manual. From the Pro to the Pro XXL sizes, we pushed the envelop to offer a long top tube and long chainstays in order to deliver maximum stability at high speed which fits today’s modern BMX track designs so that riders can start perfecting their riding style to imitate Elite riders they are looking at.
