Marco Island, Bonita Springs, and Estero, were sparsely settled outlying areas. Home sites in Port Royal could be purchased for as little as $7,500. This consideration (initial and additional deposit) is to be held in the closing agent’s escrow account pending the fulfilment of conditions or contingencies in the effective agreement.
