GESTIONE TERMICA - THERMAL MANAGEMENT La corretta progettazione dell’apparecchio prevede l’ottimale gestione delle termiche generate dal gruppo LED. Introduzione - Introduction Il prodotto - The product GRUPPI OTTICI -OPTICS L’emitter che costituisce il Led è normalmente dotato di una propria caratteristica di emissione, tecnicamente questa viene chiamata ottica primaria. I LED in uso per l’illuminazione generale di cui dotiamo i prodotti a catalogo hanno angoli di emissione variabili tra 100° e 120°. Per utilizzare al meglio l’emissione luminosa e gestirla secondo le necessità progettuali si adottano piani ottici opportunamente studiati in grado di stringere le emissioni luminose e convogliare il fascio di luce entro i livelli previsti dal progetto in esame. Queste lenti addizionali prendono il nome di ottiche secondarie. Elenchiamo le diverse macro-categorie che descrivono i fasci di luce emessi dai prodotti a catalogo: The LED emitter normally has its own emission characteristics, which, in technical terms, are called the primary optics. The LEDs that are used for general lighting (and which are used in our catalogue products) have variable angles of emission and these range between 100° and 120°. Because we are aiming to get the best possible light output and operate it according to the individual requirements of the project, we adopt optical designs that have been thoroughly researched and which succeed in constricting light output and keeping the light beam within the desired levels, again in accordance with the project in question. These additional lenses are commonly known as secondary optics. Per i prodotti senza ottiche secondarie si indica il fascio dell’ottica primaria dell’emitter (da 100° a 120°). GAMMA DEI COLORI -COLOUR RANGE L’utilizzo della tecnologia LED e con essa l’introduzione della gestione elettronica dei diversi profili, ha ampliato notevolmente le possibilità di percezione visiva associabili all’emissioni luminose ottenibili. Nella nostra proposta abbiamo definito alcune categorie principali cui associare le diverse necessità della progettazione illuminotecnica. GESTIONE DEL COLORE - COLOUR MANAGEMENT Nella gestione dei profili colorati si prendono generalmente a riferimento i tre colori RGB (Red, Green, Blue). Attraverso le opportune miscelazioni di correnti o tensioni di alimentazione del gruppo LED è possibile la ricerca e la visione dell’intero spettro della gamma colori percepibile dall’occhio umano. I profili elettronici in uso abilitano la creazione di panorami visivi ove il colore abbia stabilità temporale piuttosto che variazioni continue o ripetute (scenario di riferimento). When managing coloured profiles, our general reference is the three “RGB” colours (Red, Green and Blue). By mixing the LEDs’ (groups) currents or voltages, we can search and view the entire colour range spectrum that is visible to the human eye. The electric profiles in use enable us to create visual landscapes where the colour has temporary stability as opposed to continuous or repeated colour changes (baseline).

Più alto è il CRI associato ad un prodotto, più i colori dell’oggetto illuminato verranno restituiti fedelmente ai nostri occhi. The holding structure of Magellano system is made of two aluminium elements with rectangular section, coupled and insulated between them. Luna System 220-240V sistemi su binario 220-240V track system Questo sistema si compone di un binario in estrusione di alluminio al cui interno si collocano conduttori in rame al servizio di una vasta gamma di spot e sorgenti luminose. Grazie alla versatilità e la semplicità di utilizzo è particolarmente indicato per l’illuminazione di spazi espositivi, showroom ed ambienti dove sia richiesta affidabilità ed elevata resa luminosa. All’interno del binario si trova il conduttore in rame isolato, sezione 3 mm. adatto a creare 3 linee separate utilizzabili dagli adattatori che equipaggiano ogni apparecchio. La portata è di 16 ampère (4000W) per ogni linea. This system consists of an extruded aluminium track, where copper cables are housed in order to feed a large range of spots and lighting sources. Thanks to its versatility and easy use, it is particularly fit for the lighting of exhibition halls, showrooms and internals where reliability and strong light output are required. The track houses extra pure copper conductor 3 mm. 3 separate lines available using the adaptor installed on each product. The power is of 16 Ampère (4000W) each line.

La lampada viene montata tra due schermi in materiale plastico disponibili in sette colorazioni diverse (vedi elenco a fianco). Lo spazio è uniformemente illuminato. Se si utilizzano schermi trasparenti si ottiene la massima quantità di luce nell’ambiente. Gli schermi fumé e bianco latte riducono di un terzo la quantità di luce emessa, così come l’abbagliamento della lampada.

Lo spazio è illuminato creando due effetti di luce ben distinti. La luce diretta consente di proiettare luce bianca all’interno dell’ambiente. E’ possibile lavorare su una postazione di lavoro. La luce indiretta conferisce alle pareti dell’ambiente un effetto decorativo colorato.

Tutto lo spazio architettonico risente della dominante di colore degli schermi utilizzati. Soluzione da utilizzarsi unicamente in ambienti non operativi, dove si richieda al prodotto un effetto puramente decorativo.

MR16 led è utilizzabile in abbinamento a tutti i downlight ideati per normali dicroiche della gamma Altatensione, nonchè della maggior parte delle installazioni ove già si utilizzano lampadine di questa tipologia.

MR16 led non prevede l’utilizzo di un particolare sistema di connessione, i cavi elettrici devono essere cablati tramite morsettiera ed uniti all’alimentazione dell’impianto. Il sistema funziona in bassissima tensione 24V DC.

MR16 led can be used in combination with all the downlights designed for normal dichroic lamps in the Altatensione line, as well as in most installations where this type of bulb is already being used.

MR16 led does not require the use of a particular connection system; the electric cables must be wired to a terminal block and connected to the system power supply. The system uses very low voltage (24VDC).

OUTDOOR LIGHTING RECESSED FLOOR LIGHTS

I prodotti compresi nella sezione “incassi per esterno” comprendenti tutti i modelli calpestabili e carrabili,contraddistinti dalla classe di protezione IP65 ed IP67, richiedono una attenta e curata installazione. E’ fondamentale che l’alloggiamento fatto nel terreno preveda opportuni ed efficaci drenaggi dell’acqua che normalmente verrà a raccogliersi intorno al luogo di posa. Qualora non si riesca ad evitare il ristagno e la permanenza delle acque è quasi certo l’insorgere di problematiche legate all’ingresso di acqua nell’interno dei prodotti. Posizionamenti affrettati e mal eseguiti sono sinonimo di difficoltà e guasti nel funzionamento, così come nell’impianto, nonché il decadimento della garanzia da parte del produttore. Per favorire ed ovviare a problematiche simili proponiamo alcune linee guida per una corretta installazione.

All the items listed in the section “Outdoor recessed lights”, which includes all recessed floor and vehicle bearable lights that are marked with protection degree IP65 and IP67, need a careful installation. It is of utterly importance that the housing dig in the ground foresees suitable and efficient drainage of the water that normally gathers on installation site. Whether it is not possible to avoid stagnation of water on the place, it is quite sure that some problems will arise, due to the income of water inside the light fitting. Too quick or bad installation will surely result as difficulties and damages both for the spot and for the whole installed structure as well. In order to avoid such problems, we propose some guiding lines for a correct installation.

LUOGO DI POSA: E’ di fondamentale importanza curare il posizionamento dell’incassato prima di operare qualunque opera di scavo. Evitare nel modo più assoluto l’installazione in avvallamenti e buche presenti sul terreno.

LAYING PLACE: It is important to check the laying place of the recessed light before starting any digging operation. Please avoid any installation on embankments or holes in the ground.

TIPOLOGIA DEL TERRENO: Terreni argillosi e compatti offrono scarsa dispersione delle acque di superficie. In questi casi suggeriamo di effettuare un drenaggio ed uno scavo attorno al luogo di posa di dimensioni molto più grandi di quanto non si abbia a fare per terreni ghiaiosi e friabili. TYPE OF GROUND: Compact and clay grounds allow poor dispersion of surface water. In such a case we suggest to make a drainage and digging-out much larger than the one useful for crumbly and gravely soils. INSTALLAZIONE A TERRA: _Effettuare una buca intorno al luogo di posa di generose dimensioni. _Realizzare una base di cemento (1) sul fondo della buca, lasciando al centro un canale di drenaggio (2). _Inserire all’interno del pozzetto la scocca in plastica (A) che ospiterà l’incasso vero e proprio, avendo cura che la bocca della scocca risulti a filo del suolo. _Il cavo di alimentazione sotterraneo (B) all’interno del tubo di protezione in pvc (3) passerà dall’apposito scasso in basso all’interno della controcassa. _Aggiungere uno strato di cemento (4) a serrare la controcassa. _ Riempire totalmente la buca e costipare con sabbia e ghiaia (5). _Posare la pavimentazione (7) per riportare il tutto a filo.

GROUND INSTALLATION: _Dig an hole of generous dimensions round the laying point. _Make a concrete base (1) at the bottom of the hole, with a water draining channel in the center (2). _Insert inside the well the plastic case (A) that will house the recessed light, taking care that the external side is situated at level of the ground, in slightly raised position. _The underground feeding cables (B) will come under the housing from the pvc tube (3) that protects the cable into the ground. _Add a coat of more concrete (4) around the plastic housing. _Use well tampered and pressed gravel and quarry pit (5) to totally fill the hole. _Lay the pavement (7) to reset the level of the ground around the lamp housing.
