You can change your departure or even your package with no fees or penalties until your final payment due date (60 days prior to departure in most cases).† Or get a travel credit for everything you've paid toward a future trip. How much is it to reserve my spot on tour? A small deposit of $99†† is all that is needed to reserve your spot on most of our tours & packages. You can make secure payments online toward your trip whenever you want before your final payment is due.
Should I purchase travel insurance? What does it cover? While our new Carefree Travel provides you with maximum flexibility, we do recommend you purchase travel insurance to further protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. We offer great rates, coverage, and service through Travelex, and you can purchase it when you book or any time prior to making your final payment. Will you be providing face masks & hand sanitizer? For everybody's safety, we recommend you wear a face mask whenever possible. We also recommend washing hands and using hand sanitizer frequently. While you should definitely bring your own face masks and hand sanitizer, we will have a limited supply of both on tour if you need them.
How will I know my destination is safe and open for travel? Our expert team is in constant communication with our partners in-destination and consults with all applicable governmental agencies regularly. We will provide you with any necessary updates to keep you informed. We won't operate any tour package unless we're confident that we can keep you safe and healthy and provide a high-quality experience. This has been our philosophy for 40 years. If we can't operate your tour package, we will work with you to modify your travel dates or destination with no fees or penalties.
