A MESSAGE FROM CHIEF TABASKO

Dear Fripp Island Property Owners,

After considerable thought and prayer, I have made a decision to resign my position as Chief of Security for the Fripp Island Property Owner’s Association effective January 1, 2022. I will use my remaining time on Fripp Island to assist in a smooth transition period, and to continue working on projects that are important to the island.

It will be difficult to say goodbye to this wonderful community, who have shown both myself and my staff so much kindness and support. I believe that our lives take us on a series of paths, a wonderful journey of new places and interesting people who all contribute to who we are. My path has taken me to this amazing island, and I am better for the experience.

I appreciate the opportunity to serve you, and I have enjoyed my time on Fripp Island. I hope that my contribution to the island has been viewed favorably, and I wish you and your families continued success, good health, happiness and love.

I am grateful that our paths have crossed.
