$24,755 per person based on double occupancy

Single supplement fee: $15,000 per person.

Optional Hot Air Balloon Safari over the Mara: $575 per person (July 10)

*Rates based on a group of 12 guests and subject to currency fluctuation and change for 2024.

Deposit: A $5,000 per person deposit will be due to secure a reservation; a second deposit of $5,000 per person will be due April 17, 2023; balance due March 15, 2024. Deposits and final payments are non-refundable unless client replacement can be found. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. All costs are based on a minimum group size of 12 participants; should the group fall below 12, a small group supplement may apply.

• Domestic departure tax; fuel and safety levies from airports and airstrips unless otherwise stipulated

• Scheduled sightseeing and excursions as specified in the itinerary

• Shared/scheduled game viewing activities as specified in the itinerary

• National park and concession fees

• Emergency Medical Evacuation Insurance

General Exclusions:

• International and commercial flights

• Premium brand drinks, champagne, cognacs, cellar wines, cigars, and cigarettes

• Dayroom accommodations on July 20

• Gratuities and any items of a personal nature

• Kenya and Tanzania visa fees

• Hot Air Balloon Safari

• Travel insurance

• Any new government taxes, levies, fuel or industry increases which are beyond our control

• International Airport Departure Taxes (applicable at manned airports only) which is to be paid in U.S. Dollar cash on departure, unless included in your air ticket cost.

As you will be traveling in vehicles and aircraft with limited space, luggage must be packed in a soft bag weighing a maximum of 15 kilograms (33 pounds) which includes hand luggage.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Upon confirmation and acceptance of the proposed itinerary, cancellations received 120 days or more prior to departure will be subject to a 30% penalty unless specifically indicated in the itinerary. Cancellations received 119 days – 91 days prior to departure will forfeit 40% of the tour cost; 90 days – 60 days prior to departure will forfeit 50% of the tour cost; less than 60 days prior to departure will forfeit 100% of the tour cost.
