The Martyrdom of the Sts. Lazarus, Salomi, His Wife, and Their Children. 14th August - 8th Mesra On this day, the nine saints: Lazarus the Elder, his wife Salomi, and their children; Abeem (Animo), Antonius, Hosea, Lazarus, Aniana, Semuna, and Marcolus, were martyred. Lazarus was one of the teachers of the Jewish Law. His father was one of the Seventy Elders who translated the Torah by the order of Ptolemy, King of Egypt. This just man taught his children the Law of Moses. When Antiochus, King of Rome, reigned over the Syrian land, he besieged Jerusalem and afflicted the Jewish nation with cruelty. He compelled them to break the Law of their fathers and to eat what was forbidden them such as pork meat and the like. Many of them feared his might and obeyed him. Nevertheless, these righteous persisted on keeping the Law, which had been given to them by God. Antiochus tortured them severely, by flogging them, crucifying, burning, and plowing their bodies with metal combs. The righteous woman Salomi, encouraged them until they had fulfilled their martyrdom. Then, she also cast herself in the fire without waiting for them to throw her into it. Thus, they received the crown of martyrdom. May their prayers be with us. Amen. The Confession of St. Peter, the Apostle, that Christ is the Son of the Living God. 14th August - 8th Mesra On this day also, the church celebrates the confession of St. Peter, the Apostle, that “Christ is the Son of the living God.” When Jesus came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples saying, “Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?” So they said, “Some say John the Baptist, some Elijah and others Jeremiah, or one of the prophets.” He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” And Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven, and I also say to you that you are Peter and on this rock, I will build My church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in Heaven.” Then He commanded his disciples that they should tell no one that He was Jesus the Christ. (Matthew 16:13-20)
استشهاد القديس اليعازر وزوجته سالومى واوالدهما مسرى٨ - أغسطس١٤ في مثل هذا اليوم استشهد القديسون أليعازر الشيخ وزوجته- : التسعة سالومي وأوالدهما أبيم وأنطونيوس وعوزيا وأليعازر وأنيانا وسامونا كان أليعازر أحد معلمي. ومركلوس الشريعة اليهودية وكان أبوه أحد السبعين شيخا الذين ترجموا التوارة بأمر بطليموس ملك مصر وقد أدب أليعازر أوالده بعلوم الشريعة . الموسوية ولما ملك أنطيوخس ملك الروم بالد الشام وحاصر أورشليم استعمل القسوة مع اآلمة اليهودية بمخالفة شريعة آبائهم بأن يأكلوا ما كان محرما عليهم مثل لحم الخنزير وغير ذلك فخاف كثيرون من سطوته أما هؤالء األبرار فقد. وأطاعوه ظلوا محافظين علي الشريعة المعطاة فعذبهم كثيرا بالضرب، لهم من هللا والصلب والحرق وتمشيط الجسم بأمشاط حديدية وكانت البارة سالومي تشجعهم إلى أن تنيحوا ثم ألقت هي أيضا نفسها في النار غير منتظره من يلقيها فيها وهكذا نال الجميع إكليل . الشهادة آمين. صالتهم المقدسة تكون معنا اعتراف الرسول بطرس بأن المسيح هو ابن هللا الحي مسرى٨ - أغسطس١٤ في هذا اليوم تحتفل الكنيسة باعتراف بطرس الرسول بأن المسيح هو ابن هللا الحي فانه لما جاء يسوع إلى نواحي قيصرية فيلبس سأل من يقول الناس أني: تالميذه قائال قوم يوحنا: أنا ابن اإلنسان « فقالوا وآخرون ايليا وآخرون، المعمدان قال لهم، ارميا أو واحد من األنبياء فأجاب، وأنتم من تقولون أني أنا أنت هو: سمعان بطرس وقال المسيح ابن هللا الحي فأجاب يسوع طوبى لك يا سمعان بن: وقال له يونا أن لحما ودما لم يعلن لك لكن أبي الذي في السموات أنا أقول لك أيضا أنت بطرس وعلي هذه الصخرة أبني كنيستي وأبواب الجحيم لن تقوى عليها وأعطيك مفاتيح ملكوت السموات وكل ما تحله علي األرض يكون محلوال في

The Martyrdom of St. Matra. 16th Augus - 10th Mesra On this day, St. Matra was martyred during the papacy of Pope Demetrius, the twelfth patriarch of Alexandria, and in the days of Emperor Decius. When this Saint heard the imperial Edict read ordering the worship of idols, he went and took the arm of the statue of the idol Apollo, which was made of pure gold. He cut it in pieces, and gave them to the poor. When they searched for the idol›s arm, and could not find it, they seized many because of it. St. Matra came forward and told them, «I am he who took it.» They tortured him much, and then cast him into the fire, but the angel of the Lord saved him from it. Then they cut off his hands and his feet and crucified him on a tree, head downwards. A blind man came and took some of the blood that was dripping from the Saint›s mouth and smeared his eyes with it, and he regained his sight. Afterwards, the Saint was beheaded, and he received the crown of martyrdom. May his intercession be with us. Amen. The Martyrdom of St. Pigebs (Bekhebs). 16th Augus - 10th Mesra On this day also, St. Pigebs (Bekhebs)(1) was martyred. He was from the city of AshmounTanah. He was a soldier under the command of prince Antiochus. When the prince knew that he was Christian, he had him brought along with Anba Klog, the bishop, Anba Nehro, who was from Tersa and Anba Phillip, and asked them about their faith. They confessed that they were Christian. He tortured them severely. Later on he bound St. Pigebs and sent him with others to the Baramon. They spent many days in the ship without eating or drinking. When they arrived to the Baramon, they tortured St. Pigebs severely, and finally they hacked his body in pieces with a cleaver, thus he received the crown of martyrdom. A believing man from the Baramon came and took St. Pigebs body and sent it to his hometown Ashmoun-Tanah. Ninety-five others received the crown of martyrdom along with the Saint. Bishop of Ouseem, departed. He was pure and chaste from a young age. He learned the church subjects, and was ordained a deacon. Then he went to the desert of Scetis and became a monk, under the direction of a righteous man. Anba Moisis served him for eighteen years, devoting himself to praying and fasting, and was adorned with humility and love. As the report of his virtues noised throughout, he was ordained a bishop for Ouseem after Anba Gamoul. He pursued a good, virtuous life, increased in righteousness, and he shepherded the flock of Christ with the best of care. He was ascetic and did not own anything all his life. He suffered, along with Pope Michael, 46th Patriarch of Alexandria, many tribulations. God wrought many signs and miracles on his hands. Often, Anba Moisis foretold incidents before their occurrences. For example, once he told Anba Tadros, Bishop of Misr, that the King would not return to his kingdom, and it was so. When he completed his strife and was in a good old age, he had a short illness. When he knew the time of his departure, he called his congregation, blessed them, commended them, and asked them to pray for him. They all wept and asked him to remember them before Christ. He stretched out his hand, prayed, bid them farewell and departed in peace. He remained in his chair for more than twenty years. May his prayers be with us and Glory be to our God forever. Amen. The Reign of the Righteous Emperor Constantine, the Great. 18th August - 12th Mesra On this day also, is the commemoration of the enthronement of the Righteous Emperor Constantine the Great, over the city of Rome. When he reigned over Byzantium, succeeding his father Constantius Chlorus in the year 36 A.D., he abolished the injustice throughout the kingdom. His fairness and fame spread throughout the Empire. The nobles of Rome asked him to come and save them from the injustice of Maximianus. He sorrowed for their misfortune, and he pondered in what way he could deliver them. The sign of the cross appeared to him, to which he adhered. Constantine went and fought against Maximianus and defeated him. While Maximianus was retreating, crossing the bridge over the Tiber River, the bridge broke and he perished, drowning along with his soldiers. That was in the seventh year of

the reign of Emperor Constantine. When Emperor Constantine entered Rome, all its nobles and people welcomed him in a grand festival, and with great joy. They celebrated his victory for seven successive days. The poets of Rome and its orators praised the Honorable Cross, describing it as the savior of their city and the supporter of their Emperor. The account of the appearance of the Cross to Emperor Constantine and his victory over Maximianus is written under the commemoration of the departure of this righteous Emperor, which is on the 28th day of Baramhat. Glory be to our God forever. Amen. The Feast of Transfiguration of Our Lord on Mount Tabor. 19th August - 13th Mesra On this day, the church celebrates the commemoration of the transfiguration of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Mount Tabor. The disciples, Peter, James and John, were with Him, and about whom the Lord said, “ .... there are some standing here who shall not taste death till they see the Son of Man coming in His Kingdom.” (Mt. 16:28) He fulfilled His promise, for six days later, He took His three disciples, up on a high mountain, where He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as light. And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them talking to the Lord. The Lord wants to teach us that He is the Lord of Moses whom He can raise from the dead, and that He is the God of Elijah whom He can bring back from heaven. St. Peter said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good for us to be here, if you wish, let us make here three tabernacles: one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.” This indicated the weakness of Peter for he thought that the Lord needed something to cover Him from the sun. It also indicated his good character, for he did not think of himself or the other disciples. We should not marvel at the lack of knowledge of the disciples, for they were not yet perfected. While Peter was still speaking, behold a bright cloud overshadowed them, so that Peter would know that Jesus was not in need of tabernacles made by hands. Suddenly a voice came out of the cloud saying, “This is My beloved Son, with Whom I am well pleased; listen to Him.” (Mt. 17:1-8) When the disciples heard the voice, they fell on their faces and were exceedingly afraid. Jesus came and touched them with His blessed hand, saying, “Rise, and have no fear.” And when they lifted up their eyes, they saw no one but the Lord Jesus alone. To Him is the Glory forever. Amen.

Second Sunday of Mesra Luke 5: 27 – 39 I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance (32) How do you see our Lord Jesus Christ? Just a friend to have a good time with? DO you see Him as mighty God punishing the sinners and rewarding the good? Or you see Him as source of good things to cater for your needs and heal your sicknesses in the time of need only? Or rather you feel that you cannot live without Him. You want to be absorbed in His love. He is your Saviour. What do you really want from the Lord? There are two groups. The Pharisees and the scribes had expected that the Lord is just a friend to them Who will go along with their ideas and thoughts. The other group are the tax collectors. They are rejected by everyone. They need to someone who can understand their distress and can pluck them out of their mud. The first group think they are the teachers full of self-righteousness. The second group are the sinners who know how miserable is their life and need Salvation. There are a third group which swings between the first two groups. They know their weaknesses and sins but they are too proud to admit that they need help. Instead they just try to mind the holes. They look for half solutions. + Why do You eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners? The first group of the Pharisees and Scribes they think that they are better than everyone else. They do not need the Saviour. They do not need the Lord Who look for the sinners to save. They want the Lord to be a friend for them only as they believe that they are righteous and they carry the Law to the litter. Regrettably they have no depth or spiritual understanding. They always criticise the others. In the Parable of the Pharisee and Tax collector (Luke 18: 9-14) the Pharisee thanks God that he is not like other people such as this tax collector who does not observe the Law like him. While the tax collector stood at a distance beating his chest and saying, “God have mercy on me, I am a sinner”. He went home justified before God. األحد الثانى من شهر مسرى المبارك 39 - 27 ::5 5 لوقا لم آت ألدعو أبرارا بل خطاة الى 32 ::5 5 التوبة لوقا ماذا تريد من الرب يسوع ؟؟؟؟ هل تريد صديقا تتسلى معه وتجامله ويجاملك ؟ هل تريد إلها جبارا قويا عمله الوحيد أنه مجرد قاضى يعاقب المخطىء ويجازى المصيب ؟؟ هل تريده مصدرا للعطاء فقط تلجأ اليه فى شدائدك وأمراضك ولقضاء أحتياجاتك وتنساه بعد ذلك فى وقت الراحة والصحة ؟؟ أم أنك تشعر أنك بدونه ال أنك تريد أن تذوب في حبه, .. تعيش .. فهو مخلص نفسك وماحى خطاياك بالحقيقة ماذا تريد منه ؟؟؟ مجموعة من.. هنا نجد مجموعتين الذين توقعوا من.. الكتبة والفريسين الرب أن يكون مجرد صديق لهم يوافقهم على أفكارهم ويسايرهم.. ومجموعة أخرى هى.. فى مبادءهم أنهم منبوذين من.. جماعة العشارين يريدون من.. ال يحبهم أحد.. الجميع يريدون من.. يفهمهم ويفهم أحتياجاتهم يحبهم فيحبوه ويستطيع أن يخرجهم من .. األوحال التى يعيشون فيها المجموعة أالولى هى جماعة الناقدين .. والمعلمين أصحاب البر الذاتى.. المجموعة الثانية هى جماعة الخطاة المنسحقين الذين يشعرون بسوء حالهم .. ويحتاجون الى الخالص وهناك عادة مجموعة ثالثة تعرج بين يشعرون أنهم لهم.. المجموعتين ضعفات وسقطات ولكن برهم الذاتى وكبرياءهم ال يجعلهم يبحثون عن بل يكتفون بأن يرقعوا.. العالج الكامل أنهم جماعة انصاف الحلول..إلثقوب .. لماذا تأكلون وتشربون مع عشارين+ وخطاة المجموعة االولى هى جماعة الكتبة مصابين بضربة.. والفريسين يعتقدون أنهم أفضل من.. البرالذاتى أنهم.. وأنقى من بقية الناس.. اآلخرين ال يحتاجون للرب كمخلص وفادى لهم أنهم ال يريدون الرب الذى يسعى من.. بل يريدون الرب الذى.. أجل الخطاة ويجاملهم.. ويمدحهم.. يصادقهم هم فهم حسب.. ويوافقهم.. ويجلس معهم فهم.. الناموس أبرار وصديقون ولكن.. يطبقون وصايا الناموس حرفيا
50). A woman in the city who lived a sinful life stood behind the Lord at His feet witting His feet with her tears wiping them with her hair. The Pharisee started to criticise the Lord saying: “If this man were a prophet, he would know who is touching him and what kind of woman she is—that she is a sinner”. The Lord knew his thoughts and showed to him how much he lacked in honouring his special guest, while this woman has done much more out of love and repentance. That is why she deserved that her many sins are forgiven. The Pharisees always criticised the Lord and His disciples for eating with unwashed hands, for healing sick on the Sabbath and for eating from the fields on the Sabbath. They even said that He drives out demons by Beelzebub the prince of demons (Matthew 12: 24-27). It is very difficult to deal with those inflicted by self-righteousness. They believe that they are righteous and they demand that others do like them and follow their teachings and thoughts. They criticise others and can be very harsh on judging others. The Lord shows mercy to the sinners but they have no mercy for anyone. Be careful not to fall into this trap. The feeling that you are there to teach others the right ways according to your ideas and resist any pressure to change or feel your weakness. You may judge people with no knowledge. The Lord is very merciful to the sinners and gives them many chances to repent. Do not take the image of the critic who only know to criticise any opinion different than his. As soon as you enter a place you start to search for faults or things which you do not like. It is easy to criticise. It is easy to put yourself up above others and find out other people mistakes and faults. How easy it is to criticise the darkness. It is better to learn to light a candle. You should rather be constructive person who help to build and cure others. There are people who go along even to interpret the Bible according to their own ideas. They would even refer to quotes
.. مع األسف بدون حق وال فهم وال روح بل ينقتدون.. ولذلك تجدهم ينتقدون االخرين ففى قصة الفريسى الذى ذهب.. الرب ذاته نجده يشكر.. ألى الهيكل ليصلى مع العشار وفى.. هللا أنه لم يخلقه مثل ذلك العشار صالته ينتقد العشار الخاطىء المقصر الذى حتى فى.. ال ينفذ فرائض ووصايا الناموس أما العشار فصار.. صالته ينتقد االخرين يقرع صدره صأرخا « أرحمنى ياهللا فإنى وفعال رجع العشار الى بيته.. »خاطىىء .. مبررا دون الفريسى ويوما دعا أحد الفريسين الرب يسوع فى وهناك جاءت المرأة.. وليمة فى بيته الخاطئة تبل قدميه بالدموع وتمسحهما بشعر وصارت.. رأسها وتطيب قدميه بالطيب أما الفريسى.. تبكى شاعرة بعمق خطاياها الذى دعاه فصار ينتقده فى نفسه قائال لو كان هذا نبيا لعلم من هذه التى لمسته أنها لخاطئة ورد عليه مظهرا.. وعلم الرب أفكاره.. له أنه يعرف األفكار واألسرار ولكنه يبحث .. عن القلوب التائبه المحتاجة للخالص وأظهر للفريسى الناقد المتمسك ببره الذاتى مقدار تقصيره فى مقابل ما فعلته تلك المرأة .. فلم يقم باقل واجبات الضيافة.. الخاطئة بزيت لم يدهن راس الرب ولم يقبل فمه ولم يغسل رجليه رغم أن الرب هو ضيفه أما المراة الخاطئة فقد غسلت بالطيب قدميه لذلك أستحقت أن.. ومسحتهما بشعر راسها .. تنال غفران خطاياها وما اكثر ما انتقد الفريسين الرب يسوع وإنتقدوه هو وتالميذه النهم يأكلون بأيد غير مغسولة وإنتقدوه وأدانوه النه يشفى المرضى يوم السبت وإنتقدوا تالميذه ألنهم نزلوا الى حقل يوم السبت وصاروا يأكلون من ووصل النقد الى حد اإلهانة..سنابل القمح والتجريح فقالوا عنه أنه ببعلزبول رئيس .. الشياطين يخرج الشياطين حقا ما أصعب التعامل مع هؤالء المصابين أنهم يؤمنون انهم أبرار وأن.. بالبر ألذاتى ولذلك..مسلكهم هو الطريق الصحيح ويتبع.. يريدون ان يسير الجميع مثلهم ويتشددون.. الجميع مبادءهم وأفكارهم إن الرب.. فى أحكامهم جدا على االخرين أما هم فال يرحمون.. المحب يرحم الخطاة .. أحدا إحذر ايها الحبيب لئال تسقط فى هذا الفخ الشعور بأنك يجب أن تصلح اآلخرين.. وتغيرهم حسب افكارك انت واسلوبك أنت فى غير إستعداد ان تتنازل عن آراء ك .. وأفكارك كم مرة تحكم على إنسان ما أنه مخطىء
بدون أن تعرف شيئا عن ظروفه ومشاكله ؟؟ أن هللا يتأنى جدا على الخطاة وال يحكم عليهم بسرعة ..بل يعطيهم فرصا كثيرة للتوبة ولكن أنت تحكم بسرعة وحسب الظاهر... كم مرة تأخذ صورة الناقد الذى ال يعجبه شىء أبدا خصوصا إذا كان هذا الشىء يتم خالفا لرأيك وتصورك .. هل أنت إنسان ناقد ؟؟ تدخل مكانا ما فتبحث عن عيوبه ..تستمع إلنسان ما فتعدد له األخطاء ؟؟ هل تعرف إن النقد سهل جد ا ..ما أسهل ان تجلس على عرش عاجى وتطل على الناس من فوق وتبحث عن عيوبهم ..سهل جدا أن تلعن الظالم ..ولكن أفضل أن تضىء شمعة سهل أن تنتقد ..وأسهل ان تهدم ..ولكن ما أصعب البناء.. ومثل هذا الناقد مستعد أن يفسر الكتاب المقدس بما يتفق مع أفكاره ..ومستعد أن يقتبس من أقوال آباء الكنيسة ما يسند آرائه ..أنه مستعد أن يشوه أى حقيقة أو مبدأ ليتفق مع مبادءه وكالمه ..إركع تحت قدمى الرب المصلوب من أجلك بإتضاع وإنسحاق وأصرخ نحوه « أرحمنى يارب فإنى خاطىء» ..إجعل نوره يدخل قلبك ليكشف لك عن خفايا الشر التى فيه والمتاعب التى تمأله ..قبل أن تنتقد العشارين والخطاة ..أنظر ودقق فانك أنت واحد منهم ..وتحتاج الى الخالص والتوبة مثلهم .. +ليس أحدا يضع رقعة من ثوب جديد على ثوب عتيق .. ما أخطر أن نصلح األمور بأسلوب رتق الثقوب ..تماما مثل إنسان مصاب بأمراض خطيرة ولكنه يعالجها فقط بالمسكنات ..ربما يختفى األلم مؤقتا ولكن أسباب المرض مازالت تعمل وتهدم فى داخل الجسم ..أنها مشكلة إخفاء العيوب بأن تغطيها .. أو إخفاء المشاكل بتجاهلها .. واجه إبراهيم أب اآلباء مشكلة عند ذهابه الى مصر ..أن إمراته جميلة وقد يقتلونه بسببها ..وبسرعة وجد حال سريعا بأن تقول سارة عنه أنه أخوها .. ولكن المشكلة األكبركانت فيما كان محتمال بأن يحدث لساره بسبب ذلك .. واجه إسحق ورفقة مشكلة خطيرة ..عيسو يريد أن يقتل يعقوب أخوه ..العالج هو أن يهرب يعقوب من وجه عيسو بدون صلح أو محاولة صلح ويتركون الغضب يتزايد فى نفس عيسو حتى أنه كون جيشا وعزم أن يقتل أخاه وكل من معه لوال أن الرب سند يعقوب وأنقذه وغير فكر عيسو ناحيته .. واجه شاول مشكلة كبيرة ..أن الرب قد رفضه .. وأن داود قد صار مسيحا للرب ..وسوف يقيمه الرب ملكا مكانه ..الحل سهل وسريع ..وهو أن يقتل داود ..رغم أن الحل الصحيح أن يتوب شاول .. مشكلة كبيرة عند آخاب الملك ..نابوت اليزرعيلى ال يريد ان يعطيه حقله ..الحل سهل

Come today and kneel down at the feet of the Crucified Lord in humbleness and tears asking for mercy. Let God enlighten your heart and reveal to you your misery and sins. Before you criticise inspect yourself first. You will discover that you are a sinner more than those whom you criticise. + No one puts a piece from a new garment on an old one How serious to correct issues by just puncture the holes? A seriously sick person cannot just take pain killers to cure the sickness. He may get some retrieve from the pain temporarily but he is still sick. Do not cure faults by just masking them under cover. Abraham was afraid they might kill him in Egypt to take his wife Sarah as she was beautiful. Easy solution to say that she is his sister (Gen 12). Sarah was exposed to even much danger. Isaac and Rebekah asked Jacob to flee to his uncle Laban away from the wrath of his brother Esau (Gen 29). Esau got more angry and had an army ready to fight his brother and kill him. King Saul had a serious problem. God has rejected him (1 Sam 16-20). David is anointed to be the king. Easy solution is to kill David. The right solution was theta he should repent. Ahab the King was very upset that Naboth did not allow him to take his vineyard. Jezebel the queen had a quick solution (1King 21). She plotted to kill him and get Ahab to inherit the vineyard. David the king fall into sin. He committed adultery with Uriah’s wife (2Sam 11). To cover the sin, he planned to get Uriah killed in the war. How much David regrated his action and cried bitterly asking for forgiveness.
وسريع عند ايزابل وهو أن تدبر خطة شريرة لقتل نابوت ..وبذلك يستطيع آخاب أن يرث الحقل بدون مشاكل ..فى الواقع تعقدت المشاكل أكثر وأكثر .. داود أخطأ وسقط فى الزنا ..وقبل ان يتوب اراد أن يتخلص من خطيته ..ووصل األمر أنه دبر خطة لكى يموت أوريا الحثى فى الحرب ..وهو زوج المراة التى زنى معها ..وكم بكى داود بمرارة على هذا الخطا الذى أرتكبه .. ما أسهل أسلوب إخفاه العيوب ..ولكن ما أعقد وأكثر المشاكل التى تنتج عنه ..عندما يشعر االنسان بأنه خاطىء ولكنه مازال يحب الخطية ..انه يريد المسيح المخلص ولكنه ال يريد حياة الجهاد والتعب ضد الخطية ..وعندئذ يلجأ للحلول السريعة التى ال تحل شيئا ..كم مرة عالجت االخطاء بأسلوب التجاهل ؟؟ كم مرة فضلت أن تغمض عينيك عما يفعله اوالدك بحجة أنك تتفادي المشاكل وتريد سالم البيت ؟؟ وال تدرى كم من المصائب والمشاكل ربما تجنى فى المستقبل من وراء هذه االمور ..كم مرة فضلت الحلول السهلة التى تؤدى إلى متاعب أكثر ..فمن السهل أن يساير اإلنسان العالم ..ومن السهل أن يفعل اإلنسان مثل اآلخرين ويتمثل بأسلوب حياتهم ..ومن الصعب أن تكون حازما فى حفظك لتقاليدك ونقاوتك ووصايا الكتاب المقدس ..ما أسهل أن تندفع مع التيار ..مثل السمك الميت الذى يحمله أمواج البحر الى كل إتجاه ..كم من مشاكل عائلية تعقدت ألن أصحابها التجأوا لألساليب العالمية السهلة ..ففى هذا المجتمح ما أسهل كلمة اإلنفصال ..وما أسهل طالق المحاكم ..حلول سريعة وسهلة ..ولكن فى المستقبل تؤدى الى مشاكل رهيبة لكل افراد االسرة .. +يجعلون خمرا جديدة فى زقاق جديدة ... ايها الحبيب ال ترقع القديم ..األفضل أن تتخلص من القديم تماما ..وأن تبدأ من الجديد ..ال تقنع نفسك أنك تستطيع أن تصلح القديم وتجدده ..أن كل ترقيع فى القديم يزيده ثقوبا ويزيده ضعفا ..ليس هناك نصف توبة ..ليس هناك توبة جزءين ..خطية واحدة ال تتركها تدنس االنسان كله ..خطية واحدة ال تتوب عنها تجر بقية الخطايا اليك مرة أخرى .. الخمر الجديدة التى هى عمل النعمة ..عمل الخالص والتجديد ..يحتاج الى زقاق جديدة ..توبة كاملة ..ال تبفى شيئا من القديم ..تعالى وأعترف بها جميعا .. قدم عنها توبة كاملة ..احترس جدا من أن تستهين بخطية واحدة ..فمن كسر وصية واحدة فقد كسر الوصايا كلها ..ومن تعدى على واحدة فقد تعدى على الكل ..أما التوبة فهى تجديد كامل ودم الرب يسوع قادر أن يغسل كل الخطايا بالتمام ..ال تعش فى القديم وال يغرك طعم العتيق ألنك لم تعش فى الجديد لم تعرف بعد طعمه الحقيقى أقبل الى الرب يسوع فى تجدبد كامل وتخلص من كل القديم فاألشياء العتيقة قد مضت وهوذا الكل قد صار جديدا ..
How easy to cover faults and sins but how serious are the consequences. Learn not to go to easy solutions to cover up and forget your sins and problems. In fact, you need the Lord the Saviour. You need to repent. You cannot keep ignoring issues and problems. You may close your eyes claiming that you just want to be left in peace. In the future, these little problems or bad habits will grow and become more serious and lead to much more trouble. You may also keep drifting with others like a dead fish. Be more alive. Resist temptations and stand strong pleading for God’s help to repent and change your ways before it become too late. + But new wine must be put into new wineskins May times you may think that you can just repair the old while it could be beyond repair. Holes can get bigger. Cracks can become wider. Half solutions are no solutions. Repentance need full renewal. One sin left behind can ruin all your life. It can also drag all the other sins again. New wine needs new wineskin. The new wine is the work of Salvations and renewal. It need new heart and mind. It needs full repentance. You need to confess your sins fully and clean up the mess in your heart. There is no small sin and big sin. The smallest sin can get you to lose your eternity. Let the Lord renew your life and fill you with new joy and peace. Then you can say: “The old has passed away. Behold, the new has come!” (2Cor 5:17).

التجلي -قداسة البابا شنودة الثالث !التجلي األول لطبيعتنا ،هو أن هللا خلقنا على صورته ومثاله ،على شهبه هو .أي سمو هذا..؟ التجلي الثاني ،هو ما حدث على جبل طابور .التجلي الثاني التجلي ربنا يسوع المسيح ،لم يظهر في التجلي وحده ،إنما معه موسى وإيليا ،يمثالن البشرية .في التجلي الذي .ستتكلل به طبيعتنا في المجد التجلي الثالث في القيامة العتيدة ،يوم نقوم بأجساد نورانية ،روحانية ،على شبه جسد مجده !..ونكون ..كمالئكة هللا في السماء .وعيد التجلي يذكرنا بالمجد الذي ستناله طبيعتنا وعيد إن هللا لم يحرمنا من المجد ،بل هو ينقلنا من مجد إلى مجد ..والذين سبق فعرفهم ،سبق فعينهم ،ليكونوا ).مشابهين صورة ابنه ..هؤالء مجدهم أيضً ا (رو 30 ،29 :8 ..وفي التجلي المقبل ،سنتخلص نهائيا من المادة ..وسنتخلص نهائيًّا من الخطية ،ومن الحروب الروحية .سنتخلص من المادة ،ونخلع هذا الجسد ،ونترك العالم المادي كله وهذا الفاسد يلبس عدم الفساد (والخليقة كلها تعتق من عبودية الفساد إلى حرية مجد أوالد هللا) وننال ().التبني فداء أجسادنا) (رو 23 ،21 :8 ).ونتخلص من الخطية حينما نأخذ إكليل البر (2تى 8 :4 في هذا البر ،سننسى كل ما يتعلق بالخطية .سوف ال توجد خطية فيما بعد ،وال نعرفها ،وال نذكرها ،وال ً كاماًل ،ونحيا في البر (في حرية مجد أوالد هللا ).نحارب بها ،بل نتحرر منها تحررً ا ).هنا أيضً ا تتجلى بأكمل صورة عبارة (المولود من هللا ال يخطئ والشرير ال يمسه) (1يو 18 :5 وال نتجلى نحن وحدنا ،بل كل مدينة هللا ..أورشليم السمائية التي سوف ال تحتاج إلى نور شمس أو قمر ().ألن مجد هللا سينيرها) (رؤ 23 :21 ).وال يكون ليل هناك فيما بعد (رؤ 5 :22 ..ويكون الفرح الدائم من سمات هذا التجلي ..وتختفي كل نتائج الخطية من حزن ووجع وخوف

Message from Rev Fr Daniel Ghabriel: Dear Reverend Fathers of the Diocese of Melbourne His Holiness Pope Tawadros II sends Love and blessings to all the fathers and congregation and assures you of His Love and care to all of you. We were granted 90 mins of His Holiness precious time and discussed a long list taking His Holiness guidance and wisdom. God willing we will give a full report on our return. We are thankful for His Holiness care and fatherly embrace of His children.
