The Martyrdom of St. Procopius (Proconius) of Jerusalem. 21st July - 14th Abib On this day, of the year 33 A.D. (July 8th), St. Procopius (Proconius), was martyred. He was born in the city of Jerusalem, his father was a Christian whose name was Christophorus, which means “Bearer of Christ.” His mother’s name was Theodosia, and she was a worshipper of idols. When his father died, Theodosia took her son, and went to Antioch. She presented much money and expensive gifts to the Emperor Diocletian, and asked him to make her son a governor for one of the cities. He accepted her gift, answered her request, and appointed her son the governor of the city of Alexandria. He commanded that Procopius torture the Christians. When the Saint had gone a little way from the City of Antioch, he heard a voice from heaven calling him by his name, and censured his deed. The voice also threatened him by death because he dared and accepted to do what was against the command of God. Procopius asked, “Who are you, O my Lord? I beseech you to show me yourself.” A cross of light appeared to him, and he heard a voice which said to him, “I am Jesus , the Son of the Living God, Who was crucified in Jerusalem.” He was afraid and trembled, and he turned to the city of Bit-Shaan (Bisan). He made for himself a cross of gold like the cross that appeared to him. On his way to Alexandria, some of the bedouins attacked him to plunder whatever he had. But he overcame them by the cross that he had. His mother told him, “You must offer sacrifices to the gods who delivered you from your enemies.” The Saint replied, “Rather, I will offer the sacrifice to Jesus Christ, Who helped me by the power of His cross.” When his mother heard his words, she became angry, and sent to Diocletian to inform him about that. The Emperor sent to the Governor of Caesarea, Palestine, to investigate the matter, and to handle his torture. When the Governor brought him, Procopius confessed his faith in the Lord Christ. The governor beat him so severely that he was close to death, then he cast him in prison. The Lord Christ appeared to him, surrounded by His angels, released him from his bonds, and healed his wounds. The next morning, the Governor asked about the Saint, and they told him that they found him free and sound. He had him brought to the temple of the idols, where the Governor was going to pray. When the Saint came, and the people saw him whole, they all marvelled, and they all cried out in the name of Christ saying, “We are Christians, and we believe in the God of Procopius.” Among them were two prefects, twelve women, and St. Theodosia,
استشهاد القديس بروكوبيوس أبيب١٤ - يولية٢١ 8 ( م33 في مثل هذا اليوم من سنة يولية ) استشهد القديس بروكوبيوس ولما توفي والده أخذت ثاؤدوسية. ابنها وذهبت إلى إنطاكية وقدمت هدايا فاخرة إلى الملك دقلديانوس وطلبت منه ان يقلد ولدها والية إحدى المدن فقبل هديتها و أجاب طلبتها ً وعين ولدها واليا إلحدى المدن وأوصاه بتعذيب المسيحيين وأعطاه أمرا بذلك فلما ابتعد قليال عن إنطاكية سمع صوتا من العالء يناديه باسمه ويذم فعله ويتهدده بالموت ألنه تجاسر وقبل أن يعمل ما يخالف أمر هللا فقال « من أنت يا سيدي: له أسألك أن تريني ذاتك « فظهر له صليب من نور وسمع صوتا يقول « أنا يسوع ابن: له اله المصلوب بأورشليم « فخاف جدا وارتعب وعاد إلى بيت شان وعمل له صليبا من ذهب علي مثال .الصليب الذي ظهر له وحدث له وهو في طريقه إلى اإلسكندرية أن هجم عليه بعض العرب فتغلب عليهم بالصليب. لسلب ما ليديه « اآلن: الذي معه وعندئذ قال ألمه يجب عليك أن تقدم الضحية ليسوع « المسيح الذي عضدني بقوة صليبه فلما سمعت أمه هذا الكالم غضبت . وأرسلت إلى دقلديانوس تعلمه بذلك فأرسل إلى والي قيصرية فلسطين أن فلما. يتحقق هذا األمر ويتولي تعذيبه استحضره الوالي واعترف بالمسيح ضربه ضربا موجعا حتى أشرف علي فظهر له. الموت ثم زجه في السجن السيد المسيح محاطا بمالئكته ثم حله وفي. من وثاقه وشفاه من جراحه الصباح سأل عنه الوالي فقيل له انهم فاستحضره. وجدوه مفكوكا سليما إلى بيت األصنام حيث كان قاصدا إلى فلما حضر القديس ورآه. هناك ليصلي الجميع صحيحا تعجبوا كلهم ونادوا « نحن مسيحيون: باسم المسيح قائلين مؤمنون باله بروكوبيوس « وكان بينهم أميران واثنتا عشرة امرأة وثاؤدوسية أمه فضربت أعناقهم جميعا ونالوا إكليل وكان ذلك في اليوم السادس. الشهادة من شهر أبيب وأمر الوالي بإعادة القديس إلى السجن لينظر في أمره وبعد
mother of St. Proconius. They cut off their heads, and they received the crown of martyrdom. That was on the 6th day of Abib. The Governor ordered the return of the Saint to prison, until he could determine what to do with him. He brought him back three days later and told him, “Behold, I have waited three days for you to return to your mind, to have mercy on yourself, and to offer sacrifice for the gods.” The Saint replied, “The Lord Christ is the only true God. As for these statues, which are made of stone and wood, they are not gods and can neither harm nor help.” The Governor became angry and ordered the soldiers to cut his sides with swords. A swordsman, whose name was Archelaus, stretched out his hand to cut the sides of the Saint, whereupon his hand dried up, and fell down dead. The Governor ordered to stab him with knives and pour vinegar in his wounds. Then they dragged him by his feet to the prison, where he stayed for three days. The Governor was wondering what he should do with him. Then he threw him into a pit filled with fire, but the Lord delivered him and no harm came upon him. Finally, the Governor ordered to cut off his head and he received the crown of martyrdom. May his prayers be with us. Amen. The Departure of St. Ephraem El-Soriani (The Syrian) 22nd July - 15th Abib On this day, of the year 379 A.D., the holy father, St. Ephraem (Ephraim) the Syrian, departed. He was born in the city of Nissibis, in the beginning of the fourth century to pagan parents, during the days of the righteous Emperor Constantine. It happened that he met with St. James bishop of Nissibis, who preached to him and taught him the particulars of the Christian Faith. Ephraem believed on his hands. St. James baptized him and Ephraim stayed with him. He excelled in his worship that surpassed his contemporaries. He debated the pagans and overcame them by the grace that was within him. When the council of Nicea convened, he went with his teacher St. James to attend the council. One day, it happened that while St. Ephraem was praying, he saw a pillar of light which extended from earth to heaven. When he marvelled at what he saw, he heard a voice saying to him, “That what you saw is St. Basil, Bishop of Caesaria.” St. Ephraem longed to see St. Basil and he went to Caesaria. He entered the church and stood in a corner of it. He saw St. Basil in his priestly vestments embroidered with gold. St. Ephraim doubted the holiness of St. Basil. The Lord showed him a white dove that alighted over St. Basil’s head. God then inspired St. Basil of the presence
« أنا أبقيتك: ثالثة أيام استحضره وقال له هذه المدة لترجع إلى عقلك وترحم ذاتك : وتقدم الضحية لآللهة « فأجابه القديس « ان السيد المسيح هو وحده اإلله الحقيقي أما هذه التماثيل المصنوعة من الحجارة، واألخشاب فليست آلهة وهي ال تضر وال تنفع « فغضب األمير وأمر أن يشق جنباه بالسيف فمد سياف اسمه ارشالؤس يده بالسيف فيبست للحال وسقط ميتا فأمر الوالي بطعنه بالسكاكين ووضع الخل في ثم سحبوه من رجليه إلى. مكان الطعنات السجن فمكث فيه ثالثة أيام واألمير حائر ثم ألقاه في حفرة بها نار. في أمر تعذيبه فنجاه الرب ولم ينله أذى وأخيرا أمر. . األمير بقطع رأسه فنال إكليل الشهادة . ولربنا المجد دائما. صالته تكون معنا آمين نياحة القديس االنبا افرام السريانى أبيب15 - يولية22 م تنيح379 في مثل هذا اليوم من سنة ولد في. األب القديس األنبا افرآم السرياني مدينة نصيبين في أوائل الجيل الرابع من أبوين وثنيين في أيام الملك البار قسطنطين واتفق له أن اجتمع بالقديس يعقوب مطران نصيبين الذي وعظه وعلمه حقائق اإليمان المسيحي فأمن أفرأم علي يديه وتعمد منه ولبث عنده وأخذ في التعبد الزائد حتى فاق أهل زمانه وصار يجادل األمميين ويتغلب عليهم بالنعمة التي فيه ولما اجتمع مجمع نيقية صحب معلمه مار يعقوب إلى هناك وحدث في أحد األيام والقديس قائم في الصالة أن رأي عمودا من نور ممتدا من األرض إلى السماء فلما تعجب من ذلك سمع صوتا يقول له « هذا الذي رأيته: هو القديس باسيليوس أسقف قيصرية « فاشتاق أن يراه وذهب إلى قيصرية ودخل الكنيسة ووقف في زاوية منها فرأي القديس باسيليوس وهو فشك، مرتد بدلته الكهنوت موشاة بالذهب في قداسته فأراه الرب حمامة بيضاء حلت علي رأسه ثم ألهم هللا القديس باسيليوس بوجود القديس أفرأم فاستدعاه باسمه فعجب األنبا أفرأم كيف عرفه وسلما على بعضهما ثم رسمه القديس باسيليوس شماسا فزاد في نسكه وظهرت منه فضائل منها أن إحدى. عظيمة تفوق الوصف
of St. Ephraem. St. Basil called him by his name, and St. Ephraem marvelled at how he knew him. They greeted each other, and St. Basil ordained him a deacon. St. Ephraem increased his asceticism, and many great virtues were manifested through him that surpass description. Among which was that of an honorable woman, who was ashamed to confess her sins orally to St. Basil. She wrote on a paper her sins which she had committed since her youth, and gave it to St. Basil. When he received it and knew what was written in it, he prayed for her. The piece of paper became blank except for only one great sin. The woman wept, and entreated him to pray for her that God might forgive this sin for her. St. Basil told her, “Go to the wilderness where St. Ephraem is and he will pray for you.” The woman went to him and told him what had happened. He said to her, “I am not worthy of this honor, go back to St. Basil for he is a high priest. Go now quickly before he departs from this world.” When the woman returned, she found that St. Basil had departed, and was carried on the heads of the priests. She wept, and threw the piece of paper on his coffin. She prayed to God interceding through the saint. Then, she took the piece of paper, and she found it completely blank. St. Ephraem had performed many miracles. In his days, Ebn-Disan the Infidel appeared. This father debated with him until he overcame his erroneous opinions. He wrote many articles and discourses. When he completed his strife, he departed to the Lord. May his prayers be with us. Amen. The Martyrdom of St. Cyriacus and St. Julietta His Mother. 22nd July - 15th Abib On this day also, St. Cyriacus (Qyriacus) and St. Julietta, his mother, were martyred. When Cyriacus was three years old, his mother left Iconium, her native land, taking her son with her. She went to Tarsus, fleeing from the Governor that was persecuting the Christians. However, she found the Governor there in Tarsus. Some had laid accusation against her before the Governor. He brought her and ordered her to worship the idols. She answered him, «What you say to me cannot be accepted by a three year-old child.» The governor said to her, «We can ask your child.» God then made the child talk, who cried out saying, «Your gods are made of stone and wood by the hands of men, there is no other True God except my Lord Jesus Christ.» Those who heard the child were amazed, and the Governor was exposed. For that reason, he inflicted pain over the child that surpassed his age. He also tortured his mother with many kinds of tortures. But the Lord God delivered them safely each time. Many saw this and believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, and received the crown of martyrdom. Finally, the Governor ordered to cut the heads off of St. Cyriacus (Qyriacus) and St. Julietta, his mother, and they received the crown of martyrdom. May their prayers be with us. Meditations on the Holy Bible Readings 2nd Sunday of the Blessed Month of Abib Matthew 18: 1-9 “woe to that man by whom the offense comes” Matthew 18:7 Many are the offenses which man will encounter … for the world we live in has become indeed full of offenses … offenses and sinful stumbles will attack mankind through his or her seeing, hearing and all the senses by all possible means … offensive sins are in the streets … in the homes … but, it follows mankind even within the church itself … maybe it would be natural to expect such sins from the outside world … but how painful it is for sin to come from within … from those who close and loved by us … such is a fatal sin … since it comes from one would not expect waring struggles … it comes from where you expect protection and fortification (against sin) … from where safety is expected then comes destruction. The church has strongly faced all persecutions in the early centuries of Christianity, but it is more astonishing that Christianity at that time was not supported by any ruling authority or powers, but it (Christianity) was very solid and strong and ever increasing in strength against all offenses and persecutions it faced … but when division and schism entered the church the offenses and sins from within appeared … this divisions and offenses tore the body of the church and separated it as far is west from east … and this is the painful offenses (sins) from within … which the church suffered from and still suffering. There are three types of sinful offenses from within, this Holy Bible chapter speaks of; the sinful offense of hands and feet … the sinful offense of the eye … and the sinful offense of contempt for the young … The first is the offense of bad example … the offense of imitating others … and the second is the offense of vision … the offense of bad learning And the third is the offense of upbringing … the offense of neglect and laziness in upbringing of the young + If your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you The hand represents our doings and actions … the feet represents the means and ways of achieving one’s goals … hand and feet together is the method and appearance one takes in life and portrays before his family, friends and work colleagues … it is the ideals and example one portrays for others … Cain set the example and ideal for all his offspring … one of Cain’s descendants is Lamech who was the first to marry 2 women … the first to start polygamy in the world against the law of the creation which God has made man and woman … and Lamech’s siblings were the ones who made the musical instruments and used it not for praising God but to satisfy their lusts … Lamech
األحد الثاىن من شهر أبيب املبارك 9 – 1 ::18 18 متى 7 ::18 18 ويل لذلك الذى به تأىت العرثة متى فالعامل.. ما أكرث العرثات التى يتعرض لها االنسان .. الذى يعيش فيه أصبح حقا مىلء بالعرثات العرثات صارت تهاجم االنسان من خالل نظره أو العرثة.. سمعه وكل حواسه بكل وسيلة ممكنة بل أصبحت.. ىف البيت.. موجودة ىف الشارع .. تالحق االنسان حتى ىف داخل الكنيسة نفسها ورمبا كان من املتوقع أن تأىت العرثة من الذين هم ورمبا كان من الطبيعى أن... بعيدون عن الله يتوقع االنسان العرثات الخارجية بكل ولكن الىشء املتعب حقا أن تأىت العرثة.. أنواعها أنها عرثة.. ومن االحباء واالقرباء.. من الداخل النها تاىت من الجهة التى ال تتوقع منها.. قاتلة تأىت من الطرف املفروض فيه.. القتال والحرب فمن حيث تتوقع.. أن يحرس ويحصن ويحمى .. االمان يأتيك الهالك لقد صمدت الكنيسة بقوة ىف وجه االضطهادات بل أن املسيحية.. ىف القرون االوىل للمسيحية ىف ذلك الوقت التى مل تكن تسندها أى قوة هذه.. عاملية كانت قوية جدا وكانت تزداد قوة االضطهادات كانت من نوع العرثات الخارجية املتوقعة التى تستعد ملواجهتها وتصمد ىف وجهها ولكن عندما دخلت االنقسامات اىل الكنيسة.. مزقت هذه العرثات.. وظهرت العرثة من الداخل فهذه.. ىف جسم الكنيسة› وفتتها رشقا وغربا عانت منها الكنيسة.. كانت عرثات داخلية مؤملة .. ومازلت تعاىن وهناك ثالث أنواع من العرثات الداخلية يتحدث عرثة.. عنهم هذا الفصل من الكتاب املقدس عرثة أحتقار.. عرثة العني.. االيدى واالرجل .. الصغار عرثة.. واالوىل هى ىف الواقع عرثة املثل الىسء و الثانية هى عرثة البصرية.. التشبه باالخرين .. عرثة التعليم الخاطىء.. االهامل عرثة.. والثالثة هى عرثة الرتبية .. والرتاخى ىف تربية الصغار إن أعرثتك يدك أو رجلك فأقطعها والقها عنك+ والرجل ترمز.. اليد ترمز للترصفات واالفعال فاليد والرجل.. للوسائل وطرق الوصول واالهداف معا يكونوا أسلوب ومظهر الحياة الذى يتخذه االنسان ويظهر به أمام أهل بيته وأصدقاؤه أنه املثال والقدوة التى يضعها أمام.. وىف عمله لقد وضع قايني املثل والقدوة لكل.. االخرين فهو أنسان قاتل ورشير رافض.. أفراد أرسته وأحد.. وسار عىل نهجه كل أفراد أرسته.. للتوبة أحفاد قايني وهو المك الذى كان أول من تزوج أول من بدأ تعدد الزوجات ىف العامل.. من أمرأتني مخالفا ناموس الخلقة الذى خلق الله فيه االنسان وأخوة المك هم الذين أخرتعوا آالت.. ذكرا وأنثى
issued a challenge to any man who comes near him, that he will retaliate seventy seven times? And Cain’s descendants where all the creations tyrants and great sinners which caused God to be angry with the creation and brought the great flood which eliminated all men except Noah and his family… Esau refused his first born right and he was an indulgent man and so did his descendants … Esau descendants mingled with the sinners … since Esau took a wife from the Canaanites and Esau and his descendants worshiped idols since then and separated them selves from God’s people … thus the sinful offence which Esau started for all his house hold and descendants after him. Ahab the king married Jezebel the evil woman … the evil followed to his children … For Ahab and Jezebel had established a real example for them in breaking God’s commandments and the Bible tells us about his son Jehoram did evil in the sight of God … so the sinful offence carried on in the kingdom of Judah because Ahaziah king of Judah married Ahab’s daughter and followed in Ahab’s way and did evil in the sight of God (2nd Kings 3-8) … for this the Lord had Jehu (son of Jehoshaphat) son of Nimshi (2nd Kings 9) anointed (as king) to eliminate Ahab and all his house hold and also killed Ahaziah because of his sinful ways … and Ahab’s descendants end was terrifying indeed … the whole of Ahab’s offspring’s were killed and he had 70 children in Samaria who were all killed. The Holy Bible mentions Jeroboam many times who built idols for the Israelites and diverted their hearts from worshiping God … he has committed a great sinful offense before the Israelites and because of this God allowed them to be exiled by the hands of their enemies … The bible also speaks of Balaam son Beor the prophet who taught Balak (king of Moab) to put a sinful offense before the Israelites … the Bible calls it the error of Balaam (Jude 1:11) … and he is the prophet who the Israelites destroyed upon entering Moab … and the Lord praised others, Phinehas who could not accept the sinful offenses and struck the adulaters man and woman dead (Numbers 22 – 25) Be very careful of the offense of “bad example” … what your children see in you is planted in them (for life) and becomes a habit established in them when they grow up, for the son who sees his father cursing his mother or treat her with callous will have the same attitude if not worse when he marry … and the daughter who sees her mother belittle the father and does not appreciate him will do the same with her husband and maybe worse … many of marital problems occur because of well-established habits some gained such habit by imitating their parents … there is a high expectation that a smoker’s son will smoke and the alcohol drinkers children will drink and son of irascible to be irritable … and so on … some think it is enough to send the children to the best schools and send them to Sunday school and youth meetings at church … believing this will be enough to raise righteous children, forgetting that righteousness and success starts at home first.
الطرب وبد أوا ىف أستخدامها ليس لتسبيح وال مك تحدى أى.. الله بل أشباعا لشهواتهم فانه ينتقم منه سبعة.. أنسان أن يقرتب منه وسبعني مرة ؟ ونسل قايني هو الذى تسبب ىف وجود طغاة ىف االرض وجبابرة الرشالذين بسببهم غضب الله عىل البرش واىت بالطوفان الذى أهلك كل .. الخليقة ماعدا نوح ومن معه وعيسو الذى رفض البكورية وكان أنسانا فقد أختلط نسل... مستبيحا متثل به نسله أذ تزوج عيسو من بنات.. عيسو باالرشار كنعان وتحول عيسو ونسله اىل الوثنيه وهكذا أنتقلت.. وأنفصلوا عن شعب الله العرثة التى وضعها عيسو اىل كل أفراد أرسته .. وبيته من بعده آخاب امللك الذى تزوج من أيزابل الرشيرة فقد وضع آخاب.. أنتقل الرش اىل أوالده.. وزوجته مثاال حيا لهم ىف كرس وصابا الله فيقول الكتاب املقدس عن أبنه يهورام أنه وأيضا أنتقل.. عمل الرش قى عينى الرب الرش اىل مملكة يهوذا الن اخزيا ملك يهوذا تزوج بنت آخاب وسار ىف طربق بيت آخاب ))88-3 وعمل الرش ىف عينى الرب (ملوك الثاىن ( ولذلك أقام لهم الرب ياهو بن منىش.. ) فأباد كل بيت آخاب وقتل أيضا٩ أصحاح وكاشت.. أخزيا ملك يهوذا بسبب رشوره أذ أبيد.. نهاية بيت آخاب صعبة جدا بيت آخاب بالكامل وكان له سبعون أبنا ىف .. إلسامرة قتلوا جميعا ويتحدث الكتاب املقدس مرارا عن يربعام الذى بنى متاثيل لبنى أرسائيل وحول قلوبهم وضع معرثة أمام بنى.. عن عبادة الله أرسائيل وبسببه غضب الرب عليهم وسلمهم ويتحدث الكتاب.. للسبى ليدى أعداءهم أيضا عن بلعام أبن بعور النبى الذى علم .. باالق أن يضع معرثة أمام بنى أرسائيل : ١ ويسميها الكتاب ضاللة بلعام (يهوذا وهذا النبى أهلكه بنى أرسائيل عند.. ) 11 ومدح الرب.. دخولهم اىل موآب فيام بعد غرية فينحاس الذى مل يحتمل أن يرى العرثة أمام شعبه فرضب الرجل واملرأة الزانيني .. )٢٢ )٢٢ (سفرالعدد أن ما.. أحرتس جدا من عرثة املثل الىسء يشاهده أطفالك فيك ينزرع ىف داخلهم ويصبح عادة متأصلة فيهم عندما يكربون فاالبن الذى يرى االب بشتم أمه أو يعاملها بخشونة ميربنفس هذه ا ملشا كل ورمبا والبنت ا لتى ترى أمها.. أكرث عندما يتزوج تحتقراالب وال تحرتمه تفعل نفس الىشء أن.. مع زوجها عندما تتزوج ورمبا أسوأ أغلب املشاكل العائلية تحدث بسبب عادات
What is the value of hearing in the church about the life of purity and righteousness while the home is void of purity and righteousness either in speech or action … what is the benefit of the church teaching them to avoid the strange example of life like disco-tech and alcohols and bad company while we have in our homes or outside lavish parties with all the examples of permissiveness where alcohol and profligacy, so the children and youth will see with their own eyes and with the direction of their parents what the church teach them to not acceptable (as acceptable!) … alas … we are planting in our children the attitude of disrespecting ideals and good behaviour … then we are in a very pragmatic way teaching them that the teachings of the bible is nothing more than empty words … thus we are pushing our children to follow misbehaviour, bad examples and strange ideals which they might think it has some pragmatism in applying it which differs to those taught at church. Woe to that man by whom the offense comes! … it is better for those who cause the offense to cut off that hand which causes the offense or that foot which walk in the way of the sinful offense. + if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you This is the sinful offense of vision … the offense bad teaching … the sinful offense of the incorrect teachings … woe to all those who deceive others with their wrong and bad teachings … those who use the simplicity and ignorance of some … more accurately those who are not discerning and fill their minds with the wrong teachings and heresies … like Jehovah’s witness who deny Christ’s divinity and deny the resurrection of the dead and explain the bible verses wrongly and continue with Arius’s heresy which was rejected by the church since the fourth century … similarly the Mormons who proclaim another book other than the Holy Bible and called themselves prophets and established strange teachings very far from Christianity … but worse than this is the teachings we impart to our children and corrupt their pure thought and ideals … some will teach his or her children to take vengeance and quarrel with others … when we ask them (the children) to fight back … to curse back at those who curse them and abuse for abuse … when we ask them to banish those who squabbled with them … when you speak ill of others in front of your children … how many children grow up with such principals and attitudes to grow up complicated and full of hate and fear of others. And there are those who teach their children by negative means … for they don’t read the Holy Bible or pray with their children … and naturally the children will grow up … not knowing how to pray
متأصلة أكتسبها البعض بسبب تقليدهم ألبائهم أو هناك أحتامل كبري الن يصري إبن املدخن.. أمهاتهم .. مدخنا وأبن السكري سكريا وأبن الغضوب غضوبا البعض يظن أنه يكفيه أن يرسل أوالده اىل.. وهكذا أحسن املدارس ويلحقهم بأجتامعات الشباب ومدارس ويعتقد أن هذا يكفى الن يكون.. االحد ىف الكنائس أوالده مستقيمني وينىس االستقامة والنجاح يبدأ من .. البيت أوال ما قيمة أن يسمعوا ىف الكنيسة عن حياة الطهارة والنقاوة بينام البيت يخلو من الطهارة والنقاوة ما قيمة أن تعلمهم.. سواء ىف الكالم أو ىف الترصفات الكنيسة االبتعاد عن صور الحيا ة الغربية املنحلة مثل الديسكو والخمور ومصاحبة االرشار بينام نقيم لهم ىف داخل بيوتنا أو ىف خارجها حفالت تفيض مبظاهر الخالعة وتقدم فيها الخمور بغري حساب ويرى االطفال والشباب باعينهم وبسامح وتوصية من آباءهم وأ مهاتهم ما تعلمهم الكنيسة بأنه ال أننا نزرع ىف.. ويالالسف.. يليق باالنسان املسيحى نعلمهم.. أوالدنا أسلوب اإلستهانة باملبادىء واالخالق بطريقة عملية أن تعاليم ا لكتاب املقدس هى مجرد وبهذا ندفع أوالدنا وبناتنا دفعا نحو.. كالم ىف الهواء اإلنحراف والجرى وراء البدع واالفكار الغريبة ا لتى رمبا يظنون أن فيها شيئا من الواقعية ال يجدونها ىف .. املبادىء التى يتعلمونها ىف بيوتهم وىف كنيستهم أنه خري لهؤالء الذين.. ويل ملن تأىت بسببه العرثات يضعون العرثة أن يقطعوا هذه اليد التى تعمل العرثة .. وهذه الرجل التى متىش ىف طريق العرثة إن أعرثتك عينك فاقلعها والقها عنك+ عرثه.. عرثة التعليم الخاطىء.. أنها عرثة البصرية ويسقط تحت ويالت هذه.. التفسري غري السليم ألعرثة كل هؤالء الذين يخدعون االخرين بتعاليمهم والذين يستغلون سذاجة وجهل البعض.. الخاطئة أو مبعنى أصع عدم تبرصهم وميألون عقولهم.. أمثال.. مبفاهيمهم وأفكارهم وبدعهم وهرطقاتهم شهود يهوه الذين ينكرون الهوت السيد املسيح وينكرون قيامة االموات ويفرسون آيات الكتاب املقدس تفسريا خاطئا ويحيون بدعة أريوس التى وأمثال.. رفضتها الكنيسة منذ القرن الرابع امليالدى املورمون الذين ينادون بكتاب آخر غري الكتاب املقدس وأقاموا من أنفسهم أنبياء وأخرتعوا النفسهم تعاليم غريبة وخاطئه بعيدة كل البعد عن املسيحية وذلك هو.. ولكن هناك ما هو أسوأ من ذلك.. التعاليم التى نعلمها الوالدنا ونفسد بها نقاوتهم فهناك من يعلم أوالده االنتقام والغضب.. وأفكارهم عندما يطلب منهم أن يردوا.. ومقاطعه االخرين ويردوا الشتيمة بالشتيمة واالهانة.. االعتداء باالعتداء عندما يطلب منهم مقاطعة اآلخرين.. باالهانة عندما تتحدث.. الذين خاصمهم أو أختلف معهم كم من أطفال.. أمام أوالدك بالسوء عن االخرين وكربوا وقد أمتألوا.تربوا عىل هذه االفكار واملبادى بتعقيدات كثرية وهم يحملون خوف ورمبا كراهية
or reading the Holy Bible … also, those who hardly fast except a few little days giving his or her children the example of fasting is not important … all these are teachings which is cemented in the children’s thoughts and will become part of them later on … what do you expect from children who see unsuitable movies day and night … films most without a purpose full of images of looseness in thought and physicality portrays nothing except dancers, singers, divorcees, murder and theft?? What do you except from children who hear nothing from their parent but cursing, swearing and words of anger and gossip?? Indeed, woe to whom causes the sinful offenses … it is better for this man (person) to pluck this eye which only sees evil and introduces only bad thoughts and evil images. + Take heed that you do not despise one of these little ones Is there any one who despises his or her children?? Is this possible?? Yes it happens … what one says about the parents who almost do not see their children, during the day the children at schools or kindergarten and in the evening they too busy cooking, eating, cleaning house and watching tv’s episodes?? Isn’t this absolute despise for the children?? What do you say of parents who take great care to take their children to parties, outings and places of leisure … But it is very hard to take them to church or to take time out to pray with them or read the Holy Bible … The angles of these little ones stand before God and face Him at all times are witnessing the parent’s despise to the children … they (the angels) crying for the offenses against the little ones … do you what is judgement for those who despise (or put obstacles) one of these little ones? it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea … what is meant here to eliminate all the causes of these offenses … kill it by drowning it so it does not re-appear … this implies seriousness in dealing and correcting the causes of the offense … so haste today to uncover the causes of offenses in your life … it might be a packet of cigarettes in your pocket … or maybe it is the bottle of alcoholic drinks which you adorn your house with it … maybe it is the bad movies and films which you are preoccupied with all the time … maybe it is the bad company of friends you visit and they visit you … maybe it is in habits and traditions you inherited from your family … make haste and tie the heavy milling-stone to all these offenses and throw it all to depth of the sea … the sea of being gone and forgotten … let it be behind you and forget it and take a solemn promise before God for a pure and righteous life … stand with your children before God and say “for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua 24:15).
.. وحقد لالخرين فال يصىل.. وهناك من يعلم أوالده بطريقة سلبية وبالطبع يخرج.. وال يقرأ الكتاب املقدس مع أوالده ال يعرفون أن يصلوا أو يقرأوا الكتاب.. االطفال وأيضا من ال يصوم اال أياما قليلة يعطى.. املقدس هذه كلها.. أوالده مثاال عن عدم أهمية الصوم تعاليم تلتصق ىف أذهان االطفال وتصبح جزء من ماذا تتوقع من أطفال تدار.. حياتهم فيام بعد أفالم أغلبها بال.. أمامهم أفالم غري الئقة ليال ونهارا هدف أفالم هابطة مليئه بصور االنحالل الفكرى والجسدى ال نتحدث اال عن الراقصات والغواىن ماذا تتوقع.. والطالق والقتل و التدمري والرسقة ؟؟ من أطفال ال يسمعون من والديهم اال كلامت الشتيمة والحلفان والرنفزة والغضب ومسك سرية .. االخرين ؟؟ خري لذلك االنسان.. حقا ويل ملن تأىت يسببه ألعرثة أن يقلع تلك العني التى ال تبرص سوى الرشور وال تدخل سوى االفكار و املناظر الرشيرة أنظروا ال تحتقروا أحد هوءالء االصاغر+ هل هناك من يحتقر أوالده ؟؟ هل هذا معقول ؟؟ ماذا تقول عن والدين يكادوا.. نعم أنه يحدث ال يرون أطفالهم ىف النهار اذ يرتكون أوالدهم ىف املدارس أو ىف دور الحضانة وبعد الظهر مشغولني ىف الطبخ واالكل وأالعام ل االضافية وأفالم التليفزيون ؟؟ أليس هذ ا منتهى االحتقار لهم ؟؟ ماذا تقول عن والدين يهتموا جدا بأن يأخذوا أطفا لهم للحفالت ودور اللهو والرحالت وأماكن الرتفيه ولكن ما أصعب أن يأخذوهم للكنيسة.. الجسدى أو يقف ليصىل معهم أو يقرأ معهم الكتاب أن مالئكة هؤالء الصغار تقف أمام الله.. املقدس أنهم يشتكون أحتقار.. وتنظر وجهه ىف كل حني أنهم يبكون عىل تلك العرثات التى.. والديهم لهم أتعرف ما هو الحكم عىل.. يتعرض لها االطفال خري.. هذا الذى يضع العرثة أمام هؤالء الصغار؟ له أن يربط ىف عنقه حجر الرحى ويلقى ىف لجة .. واملقصود هنا أن تقطع كل أسباب العرثة.. البحر املقصود الحزم.. تقتلها قتال تغرقها فال تعود وتظهر أرسع اليوم وأبحث.. ىف معالجة أسباب العرثات رمبا كانت ىف علبة.. عن مظاهر العرثة ىف حياتك رمبا كانت ىف زجاجات.. السجائر املعلقة ىف جيبك رمبا كا تت.. الخمر التى تزين بها فرتينة ىف بيتك رمبا كانت.. ىف االفالم الخليعة التى متأل بها وقتك رمبا.. ىف االصدقاء االرشار الذين تزورهم ويزورنك كانت ىف عادات وتقاليد أستلمتها وتأصلت بني أرسع وأربط حجر ا لرحى الثقيل ىف.. أفراد أرستك .. كل هذه العرثات والقى بها جميعا ىف لجة البحر القها خلف ظهرك وال تذكرها بعد.. بحر النسيان وقف أمام الله وأقطع معه عهدا مقدسا لحياة « قف مع أوالدك أمام ا لله وقل.. طاهرة نقية .. « وأما أنا وبيتى فنعبد ا لرب
آباؤنا الرسل أعمدة الكنيسة قداسة البابا توارضوس الثاىن 22يونيو 15 - 2018بؤونة 1734ش صوم الرسل هو صوم الخدمة أو صوم من أجل نجاح الخدمة ،ويجب أن نشرتك جمي ًعا يف هذا الصوم الذي هو من أجل الخدام والخادمات واآلباء ،ومن أجل كل من له عمل خدمة يف الكنيسة .الكنيسة يا إخويت ليست هي املباين فقط، .ولكن الكنيسة كيان الروحي يف التاريخ ويف الزمن .ولكن تالميذ السيد املسيح ونسميهم اآلباء الرسل ،ويف اللغة العربية يُطلق عليهم حواريون ألنهم بدأوا التلمذة بالحوار .لفد تتلمذوا عىل السيد املسيح ،وتك ّون منهم أول كيان مسيحي عىل األرض :التالميذ االثنا عرش ،ثم السبعون ،ثم بولس 83؛ وهؤالء هم البذرة األوىل لوجود الكنيسة املسيحية عرب العامل كله ،لذلك نحن نعطي الرسل الرسول ،ومجموعهم 83؛ .ك.كرامة كبرية ج ًدا ،ونطلب شفاعتهم بعد أمنا العذراء والقديس يوحنا املعمدان ،وقبل الشهداء وأريد أن أتحدث معكم يف األسابيع القادمة عن «الرسل أعمدة الكنيسة» ...السيد املسيح اختار االثني عرش ،وعند اختيارهم مل يذهب ألرقى مكان مثل الهيكل ،وال بحث عن ذوي الثقافة العالية أو التعليم الراقي ،ولكنه اختار صيادين وبسطاء ومتى العشارِ ،م َهن كلها بسيطة ،وأهم ما كان يف هذا االختيار هو القلب ،فالله ال ينظر إىل العينني بل إىل القلب .ويجب أن نعلم أن الله هو من يختار ،لكن اإلنسان هو الذي يكمل الطريق ويحافظ عىل هذا االختيار .فالسيد املسيح اختار يهوذا ،لكن يهوذا فسد وخانه ،واختار لنفسه الهالك .وقيسوا عىل هذا يف كل جيل ويف كل زمان ويف كل 83تلميذًا فتنوا املسكونة ،وقدموا اسم املسيح يف الـ83 كنيسة ،نجد يوحنا وبطرس وتوما ومتى ..ونجد يهوذا أيضً ا .جامعة الـ .كل مكان ،وكان نصيبنا هنا القديس مار مرقس .كل :وأريد أن أحدثكم يف ثالثة نقاط عن الرسل أعمدة الكنيسة :وأريد )1آباؤنا الرسل عاشوا اختبار القيامة )1 لقد عاش اآلباء الرسل أحداث الصليب ،وشاهدوا قيامة الرب ،وهذا االختبار قال عنه القديس بولس« :ألَ ْع ِرفَهَُ ،وقُ َّو َة .)10والهدف من األصوام والصلوات التي رتبتها الكنيسة ليك تساعد كل رَشكَ َة آالَ ِم ِهُ ،متَشَ ِّب ًها مِبِ َ ْوتِ ِه» (يف.)10 ::33 ِق َيا َم ِت ِهَ ،و َ ِ إنسان أن يعرف املسيح أكرث وأكرث ...اآلباء الرسل عاشوا اختبار القيامة ،بل وكرزوا بهذا االختبار ،لقد كان رأس مالهم وصلِب بسبب خطايانا ،وغفر خطايانا وأعطانا الخالص، الذي يخدمون به هو شيئ واحد فقط :أن املسيح جاء ،و ُولِدُ ، وقام من بني األموات .وجاء الرسل يبرشون باإلنجيل ،وال نقصد بهذا اإلنجيل املكتوب ،لكن البشارة ،فكلمة إنجيل معناها البشارة املفرحة .الخالصة أنهم عاشوا اختبار القيامة ،وكرزوا باإلنجيل ،وقدموا الفرح للعامل .العالمة التي متيز خادم املسيح أنه دامئًا يف فرح ،وهذا اختبار يف غاية البساطة والسهولة ألي إنسان .أيها الحبيب إذا أردت أن تقيس مقدار معرفتك باملسيح ،قسها مبقدار الفرح الذي فك .هل أنت فَرِح أم مهموم؟ هل أنت سعيد يف داخلك؟ هل داخلك مطمنئ؟ أم دامئًا قلق؟ هل كالمك مفرح ويسبّب سعادة لآلخر؟ هل كالمك يساعد اآلخر عىل معرفة املسيح؟ هل أسلوبك وطريقتك وعملك وكالمك تفرح اآلخر أيًّا كان هذا اآلخر؟ أم أنك شخص يهوى أن يس ّبب بالتعب ويحدث املشاكل؟ إذًا عندما نقول إن الرسل هم أعمدة الكنيسة ،نعني أنهم أعمدة فرح .نحن نفرح كث ًريا يف كنيستنا القبطية بالقديس مار مرقس ،نفرح به يف أي ّعيد أو أيّة مناسبة عرب السنة بأكملها .هم أعمدة للفرح ،ليك ما تكون الكنيسة كيانًا مفر ًحا .يف كل مجتمع تكون موجودة فيه .يف )2آباؤنا الرسل نالوا قوة وفعل الروح القدس )2 بعد صعود املسيح مل ينطلق الرسل للخدمة ،بل بحسب وصية املسيح «فأقيموا يف مدين ِة أو ُرشَ لي َم َإىَل أ ْن ت ُلبَسوا ق َّو ًة .)49وجاء يوم حلول الروح القدس فنالوا هذه القوة .نالوا قوة وفعل الروح القدس؛ أريد أن أرشح .)49 ::24 (لو24 ِم َن األعايل» (لو باختصار شديد ماذا تعني كلمة «فعل الروح وقوة الروح القدس»؟ أواًلً الروح القدس عندما يعمل يف اإلنسان املسيحي يحفظ فيه الوصية ،وال توجد وصية سوى وصية املحبة ،فيجعلك الروح إنسانًا تحب كل أحد .واإلنسان الذي ال يحب الجميع يوجد لديه يشء خاطئ ،هو يعطّل عمل الروح بداخله .)19إذًا «تُلبَسوا قوة من األعايل» هي قوة الروح القدس .الروح تس.)19 ::55 وح» (11تس ويعوقه ،والوصية تقول« :ال تُط ِفئوا ال ّر َ تنس أن السيد املسيح عىل الصليب كان القدس يحفظ بداخلنا الوصية ،ويجعل قلبك دامئًا يحب ومفتو ًحا للجميع .وال َ يفتح ذراعيه وأحضانه لكل أحد ،والسيد املسيح كان يقصد هذا .ونحن عندما منسك الصليب ،نتذكر أحضان املسيح
املفتوحة بالحب لكل أحد .نتذكر قصة االبن الضال ،وكيف استقبله والده وألبسه الحلة الجديدة والخاتم والحذاء ،ولكن أهم هدية قدمها له هي أحضانه ،أخذه يف حضنه وقبله .الروح القدس يحفظ فينا وصية املحبة مستمرة دامئًا ،مع كل .أحد ،يف كل وقت ،يف كل زمان ،يف كل مكان .أحد، الروح القدس أيضً ا ينقّي القلب حبًا ،مبعني أن الروح القدس يساعدين أن أنقّي قلبي بالحب ،كام نصيل ونقول« :قلبًا مستقياًم ج ِّدده يف أحشايئ» ،فالروح القدس ينقّي القلب ح ًبا .وكلمة التنقية أو النقاوة نق ًيا اخلق َّيف يا الله ،ورو ًحا ً تو ّجه الذهن إىل التوبة ،والروح القدس يح ّرك روح التوبة فينا .التوبة ليست مرحلة تعرب وتنتهي ،أو لها مواسم ،ولكنها .يف كل وقت ،والروح القدس يقوم بهذا العمل .يف الروح القدس أيضً ا يثمر الفضيلة حبًا ،محبتك لشخص املسيح تجعلك متارس الفضيلة ،أو ما نسميه «مثر الروح»« :وأ ّما مَثَ َ ُر ال ّرو ِح فهوَ :م َح َّبةٌ ،ف َر ٌح ،سال ٌمُ ، .)22يف نفس األصحاح (غل)5 الح ،إميانٌ ،ودا َعةٌ ،ت َعف ٌُّف» (غل.)22 ::55 طول أنا ٍة ،ل ٌ ُطفَ ،ص ٌ توجد قامئة من 17خطية وقامئة من 9مثار للروح القدس .الروح القدس يثمر الفضيلة فينا ح ًبا ،ومحبتك للمسيح تنشئ .محبة للناس ،وتجعلك فر ًحا وودي ًعا وعفيفًا ،تعيش الصالح ولك اإلميان .محبة تُلبَسون قوة من األعايل» تعني أن الروح القدس يعلمك أن تخدم حبًا .ال يوجد دافع آخر للخدمة غري الحب ،ال يوجد« .يف الخدمة ترقية أو شهرة ،وال أن أكون صاحب كلمة أو مسئواًلً ..ال يوجد هذا .يف أحيانًا أتساءل مع نفيس :حني أىت مار مرقس من ليبيا ،وسار عرب حدود طويلة مئات الكيلو مرتات يف الصحراء ،ما الذي دفعه لسري كل هذه املسافة؟ باملناسبة ليبيا يوجد بها وا ٍد اسمه «وادي اإلنجيل» وآخر «وادي مرقس» ،وثالث «وادي األسد» ،وأهل ليبيا يعرفون قيمة مار مرقس فهي مسقط رأسه ...ماذا كان يدفعه ويحركه دون كلل أو ملل أو عدم شعور بالتعب دون جدوى أو وجود نتجية أو مثر لتعبه؟ لقد أكمل سريه ،ورجاؤه ويقينه ودافع الخدمة يف داخله هو .الحب ،الحب دفعه إىل اإلسكندرية ،ومن اإلسكندرية تنطلق الكرازة ملرص ولكل أفريقيا .الحب، لذلك يأيت الصوم ليك نُنهض الجميع بالتذكرة ،وينهض كل واحد ليقدم مساهمته يف خدمة الكنيسة والصوم يجعلنا منتبهني ألنفسنا ،ونرفع قلوبنا بالصلوات أكرث ،ومنارس العبادات والقراءات واأللحان ،ويكون اإلنسان شعلة نشاط من .أجل خاطر خدمة الكنيسة .أجل أسسوا كنائس يف كل العامل الرسل آباؤنا )3 )3 ّ هؤالء الرسل -أعمدة الكنيسة – أسسوا كنائس يف العامل كله .كانت البداية يف أرشليم ،ومن أورشليم انطلق التالميذ وأسسوا الكرايس الرسولية :أورشليم واإلسكندرية وإنطاكية وروما والقسطنطينية .ورأينا الروح يحركهم ،أرسل مار توما إىل الهند ،ومتى إلثيوبيا ،ومار مرقس ملرص ،ومار بطرس ومار بولس إىل إنطاكية وروما ،وأندراوس إىل أرمينيا ...وبدأ .الروح يوزعهم ،فأسسوا الكنائس ،وتلمذوا النفوس ،وبدأت هذه الكنائس تنمو .الروح ونشكر الله أن يف أفريقيا جاء إىل بالدنا القديس مار مرقس ،الذي كرز وا ُستُشهد عىل أرض مدينة اإلسكندرية عام 68 ميالدية ،أي منذ حوايل 1950عا ًما .ومنذ خمسني سنة ،يف حربية القديس البابا كريلس ،عادت رفات مار مرقس ملرص، وله مزار لدينا ،وأُ ِ نشئت الكاتدرائية يف مناسبة رجوع الرفات وافتتاحها .الكاتدرائية عمرها خمسون سنة ،ومارمرقس ا ُستُشهد من 1950سنة .نفرح مبار مرقس الذي جاء مبفرده مشحونًا بقوه عمل الروح ،أيت إىل اإلسكندرية ،املدينة الذائعة الصيت ،واملتعددة الثقافات (وهذا هو غنى بالدنا) ،وبدأ يتحدث ويكرز باسم املسيح لكل أحد ،وانترشت البشارة باسم املسيح ،وتك ّونت الكنيسة القبطية املرصية التي أسسها أحد رسل املسيح لتصبح أقدم مؤسسة شعبية عىل أرض مرص ،وهذا فخر لنا .وعرب تاريخها الطويل قدمت كنيسة اإلسكندرية معلمني يف الالهوت ،وشهداء يف اإلميان، .ونُساك ورهبان يف الزهد وحياة التقشف والنرصة عىل العامل .و خالصة األمر أيها األحباء إن الرسل هم أعمدة الكنيسة ،وهذه األعمدة ليست البنيان املادي ،وليس املقصود البناء املادي للكنيسة، ولكن املقصود هو الكيان الروحي .وطوىب لكل كنيسة يعيش خدامها وشعبها وآباؤها اختبار القيامة ،وفرح الكرازة وهيكاًل يف كل قلب ،هذه هي ً باإلنجيل ،وينالون قوة عمل الروح القدس يف حياتهم ،وذلك من خالل تأسيسهم كنيسة .خدمتهم :تأسيس هيكل لله وقلب نقي لله يف كل إنسان .خدمتهم:
