Many study abroad locations require US citizens to have a visa. International Programs has ateam of immigration specialists to provide guidance from start to finish. More information aboutimmigration requirements for each location can be found at international.fsu.edu.

If you need a passport, you can make an appointment with the FSU Passport Acceptance Facility. Be sure to check out international.fsu.edu/Passports.aspx for a list of what you’ll need to bring with you.

Most countries require at least six months validity on your passport beyond the return of your travels. Make sure to check your passport validity now!
