IN WHICH KIND OF PERSONAL TRAINING YOU CAN INVOLVED IN?

The Personal training Fort Lauderdale program involves a 5, 10 or 15 week commitment on your behalf. In return you receive “one to one “personal attention, OR if you prefer bring a friend or two. Each client is individual so the program will be designed around you, your needs, and your goals. You follow a healthy eating plan and meet with Dee twice a week at her state of the art, fully equipped studio where the real work takes place. On your first visit, there will be a weigh in and you will be measured and have your body fat taken (yes, you must have these done!), but don’t worry, if this is not a pleasant idea remember that by the end of the program you will be happy to jump on that scales to see all the weight (and inches) you have lost.

Each week, you will decide with Dee how much weight to lose and with hard work, as you reach your target a new one is then set for the following week.


During the sessions both you and Dee workout together, with Dee keeping you motivated and on track. At the end of your program, when the final weigh-in and measurements take place, you will be transformed. Your weight-loss targets will have been met and you’re eating habits changed forever.
