Korbin Dinkel is one of the nicest kids in the pits. Korbin and his family have been at it for a long time, this will be Korbin’s eleventh year racing FTR. I decided to check in with the Sarasota native to see what he has been up to over the extended offseason.

Hey Korbin, how has your offseason been?

This summer has been a weird one, I didn’t really ride very much because everything was closed. We went to about every GNCC race that they had just to get some sort of riding in. Those GNCCs were a lot of fun and a lot of riding time to say the least. Otherwise we stopped in a few other states to visit some family and hang out. It was hard to do things because everything was shut down.

What class are you racing this year?

I am racing Junior A. It will be a really fun battle with everybody in Junior A.

What are your goals for the season?

My goals are to get a championship in Junior A, to stay on two wheels and not get injured. Also just to make it a good season.

Who do you ride with and where do you normally ride?

I normally ride with Blake Yahraus, Jimmy Moore and Logan Crawford. Those are the three people I ride with the most and we usually go to 74 MX or Croom.

Who do you want to thank?

I would like to thank my Father and Dinkel Enterprises, TF Racing Suspension, Seat Concepts Jesse Ansley, Tucker Powersports, Answer Racing, HBD Motografx for keeping my bike looking good, Sinclair Logistics and everyone else that helps me out and cheers me on.
