BE THE RACE
Well, when truly does a passion born? When I was a child, I always dreamt about improving things. Just to enhance the fun of my passions, slot cars, racing car’s engines and of course, bicycles. But I believe that when you catch a glimpse of your potential, that’s when passion is born. Now I got some of my friends as partners and a company that share the same spirit and passion for improving. Never stop dreaming. Michele Leonardi

IT MAY INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF MAX 5% There are many ways to avoid destroying your knees and hips. We preferred to use an oval chainring. Please, keep your focus on pedaling for a moment. Let’s start with the right pedal at top dead center, that is when the pedal is at the top and your leg is all bent (and the less it is, the better it is); you begin to push down, but (very little action happen) because the force exercised by your leg on the pedal is primarily in the same direction as the pedal-crank arm. It is tuff, very tuff, and you’re in a position where you can not push too much. You should use an easier ratio... in that position you actually have a ratio of a theoretical instant 7% lower than the actual ratio, given by the number of teeth of the chainring choiced. If you rotate 90° clockwise, your leg now can push strongly and without pain. Okay, then…let’s increase the ratio a bit! This, in a nutshell, but if you want to have more detailed info visit www.noncircularchainring.com, and they’ll explain everything to perfection. The goal was to make the pedal stroke less hard, with less spikes; bottom-line smoother. And when a mechanism runs fluid it has also by definition less friction and therefore a greater efficiency.

GENERAL LEE KIT
Yes, if we speak about ratio spacing and total ratio, the double is better than the single. In a 11-36 10s cassette, the difference between the sprockets is thinner than in a 10-42 11s and, of course, even more in a 10s. The total ratio of a double (36-22 in the front and 11-36 in the rear) is 535%. That is much more than the 420% of a single!!! But you got a front derailleur more, one shifter and its cable more and of course a chianwheel more!!!
535% of a double 381% of a single with 11-42 595% of a double with 11-40

GENERAL LEE 10S CASSETTE this chart shows you the differences between an 11s cassette, setting the zero at the max ratio and at the same longer metric development. As you can see the 938 has a much shorter ratio and even more the 942
Our suggestion in case you choose the 938 is to reduce number of teeth of chainring of 6-7% (for example 32T to 30T) according to have still some more in the light side of ratio and some more in the heaviest. 3% less (32T to 31T) for the 942
938, THE «SMALL & LARGE» ONE 422% of total range, a bit more than a Xx1 cassette, in the smallest dimension that you can find in the market. This is designed for those who want a large range in a small dimension and reduced weight. Completely CNC’d in Al 7075 T6 and AISI 420 steel parts It’s sure that as it is completely shifted to a smaller dimension, you have to reduce the number of teeth of your chainring and the number of links in your chain (refered to a 10-42 system). And to don’t ask to your rear derailler to work out of range See below the equivalent chart

ONE OF THE BEST STIFFNESS - WEIGHT RATIO IN THE MARKET!! The problem of stiffness and functionality of a rear hub comes with the advent of the freewheel. At the beginning of the last century. The pinion with its freewheel box was mounted on a originally fixed hub. The fixed hub was inside the freewheel box (and still is so common in bicycle single speed). Retaining its original stiffness and especially the distribution of load on the bearings in the original disposition, outermost possible (near the drop-out). Going forward with the development, increasing the number of sprockets in the cassette and then its depth, it was decided to chose the way of physically “breaking the system into two parts: sprockets and hub and linking them together with a third element (with low moment of inertia) that is the tube that contains the wheel axle. We thought this was unorthodox and we chose to go back. We wanted to replace, fit the bearing shell with the hub body as to its origins, conceptually correct. Now, however, we have done the opposite: the hub body out and the freewheel body inside. It is like having a unique piece on all degrees of freedom except, of course, for the rotation (freewheel) The result? In fact we have a hub with the stiffness of a DH hub with the weight of one of the best XC hub. 258g with PP142. Another important feature of our rear hubs is that as well as the front have symmetrical spokes flanges. This implies a symmetrical camber, symmetrical spokes load and finally symmetrical deformation in turns. THINK ABOUT IT
