This Atlas of Emotions (in slovenian) aims to help you to familiarize yourself with definitions of emotions and their physical expression, also to gain insight into what causes emotions, which emotions we usually experience in difficult situations and how you can learn to manage your emotions. This publication also aims to contribute to raise awareness among society by showing that the emotions we experienced by anyone are similar: any reader will feel identified, discovering that we, the humans, are all very similar; we all experience the same emotions, regardless our mental condition.
