What advice would you give to our graduating seniors as they embark on the next steps of their lives?

BH: Be patient and open to all areas of employment Don’t pigeon hole yourself into thinking you will only do one thing for 40 years. Be willing to adapt to and or change fields. Find something you enjoy doing. I would say find something you are passionate about, but I think it is more important to find a job, company or area of expertise that you enjoy.

BM: Do not make decisions based on what others expect of you, or what you "think" they expect of you. Make those decisions knowing you have to put the work in every day. There is no light switch that will make you successful. You have to work at it with intensity
