The main emphasis of the task is to strategize the whole salak south new village, which to enhance the current issues with a several of proposal which can boost up the economy or improved the lifestyle of the locals. Few issues that has been spotted within the site as lacking of young generation returns to the village, density of elderly has increased, and also the land tittle issues.
THE SELECTED SITE HAS BEEN LOCATED AT THE MOST END OF THE SITE WHICH IS THE POND AREA FOR THE PROPOSALS , MAINLY IS BECAUSE THE SITE IS NEAR TO THE RAILWAY THERE IS A POTENTIAL WHICH PROPOSED A LINKED BRIDGE TO ACROSS THE RAILWAY FOM THE EXISTING PETROL STATION SO THAT THE VISITORS WOULDN’T DISTURB THE PEACEFULNESS OF THE SITE.

DESIGN INTENTION To create a leisure place target user not only elderly but also young generation to work together with the elderly to re-connect the missing link between both of them.
To prevent old people sickness such as Alzheimer’s syndrome, somehow with proposing an elderly learning centre it gave them new goals in life, as creating a new business .
DESIGN OBJECTIVES To improve the elderly’s quality of life and transform the elderly into a value – based knowledge society To increase the job opportunities towards the elderly, provide an open healthy space for them to settle down
