Friends since childhood, Juliette & Mandi shared many life experiences before becoming business partners, setting up Sails and Canvas in 2015.

Knowing each other so well has allowed them to build a fair and stable working relationship, playing to each other’s strengths as well as understanding the importance of balancing business and family needs. It’s an all female team at Sails and Canvas - Seamstresses Ang, Angie & Anneka are the “A Team” - handcrafting our collection of bags, accessories and lifestyle products from recycled canvas. We welcome the support of Made in Devon, it is a great forum for networking with other female (& male!) creatives as well as promoting the Love Local ethos.
