Stick ‘n’ Stitch Design is a Plymouth-based business that started with one small idea and has grown to a company that hits target month after month! We are family-run, with a strong priority on customer service in order to create long-lasting loyalty and repetitive sales with our customers. The friendships that we create with our customers are developed through strong ideals which include fast, efficient communication; friendly staff, high quality garments and quick problem-solving abilities, all to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

We like to make certain that our orders are delivered, created and completed within a time frame of 7 working days or less. This ensures that customers can wear their orders as quickly as possible, promoting their businesses as well as our own! Each staff member has an important role within Stick ‘n’ Stitch Design, some of which include print presser, manager, embroiderer and of course, owner! Our specialised positions create harmony within the workplace that contribute to the smooth-running of the business and allow each of us to create high quality garments in our field. However, we enthusiastically offer a helping hand to each other when needed, to complete orders within the expected time frame.

To create high quality garments that require embroidery, we make stitched out samples in all colours and sizes to send to our customers to either be changed or approved. This same process is done for printing and ensures that customers are happy with their orders and can see what the clothing is going to look like once completed.

Customers are also encouraged to discuss with our staff about which durable garment type is best for their specific needs, as well as the price range that they are aiming for. Stick ‘n’ Stitch Design promotes monthly offers, such as 15% off for all new customers, as well as price matches to help keep prices low whilst simultaneously delivering quality products. All embroidered and printed work is checked over before being packaged and marked as complete in order to maintain our standards.

Although many of our customers are local, we offer timely postal delivery with proof of postage in order to accommodate to our customer’s needs and travel restrictions, whilst also getting our name out into the world!
