Our frames are built with great attention to enduring construction and fine detail in facilities around the globe. Hand-tailored upholstering and finishing are accomplished in our manufacturing complex in Conover, NC, where we warehouse our products for timely service to fine stores nationwide. MATERIALS As the WeatherMaster name implies, our products are only as strong as the materials used to craft them. We begin by selecting materials assured to meet our specifications — specs far above industry standard. All of our various framing materials are the finest available, and in fabrics we use only acrylic and acrylic blends to assure years of service with minimal maintenance. FINISHES Quite simply, our finishes are considered the best in the marketplace, a leap above ordinary in both appearance and durability. Laneventure’s accomplished artisans apply wood, wicker and metal finishes in the old techniques — by hand, layer by layer, with an eye to both revealing and enhancing the beauty of the underlying surface. Depending on exposure and severity of elements in your location at some point you may need to repaint your WeatherMaster® frames. We recommend Sherwin Williams® A-100 Gloss House and Trim Paint. • CLEANING • Frames: Spot wash with soft cloth, mild soap and water. Rinse well and air dry. • Fabrics: Spot wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse and air dry, or simply hose down regularly. • NICKS, SCRAPES OR HAIRLINE CRACKS • Touch up immediately with WeatherMaster® touch up products available through your WeatherMaster® retailer.

These frames are constructed of cold drawn extruded and cast aluminum, making them 30-40% stronger than typical welded or extruded aluminum frames. In processing, we use fixtures and jigs for uniform components and full circumference welds for maximum strength. Exposed welds are smoothed to super smoothness. Such measures ensure strong, durable and comfortable frames.

Rinse well and air dry. • Fabrics: Spot wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse and air dry, or simply hose down regularly. • NICKS, SCRAPES OR HAIRLINE CRACKS • Touch up with WeatherMaster® touch up products available through your WeatherMaster® retailer. • Wash & dry the marred area before touch up procedure, then lightly sand area. • Best to apply touch-up paint in light layers until desired coverage is achieved rather than one heavy layer.

Teak is one of the most valuable timbers in the world and is by far the most ideal wood for outdoor furniture. WeatherMaster® Teak is made only of the highest quality teak and is selected from carefully controlled plantations designed to preserve and restore the environment.

Close grain and natural oils make teak hard wearing, highly resistant to rotting and virtually impervious to the effects of sun, rain, frost or snow. All teak is kiln dried to insure stability, longevity and the natural beauty. After prolonged outdoor exposure, teak will begin to change to a soft, silvery gray. The beautiful golden color is natural and can be maintained with WeatherMaster® Teak care products.

WeatherMaster tabletops are extremely durable. Proper care and maintenance will ensure a long life.

• NATURAL STONE TOPS • Extremely durable. • Tops are sealed with commercial silicone to resist moisture and stains. • CUSTOMIZED • Variety of colors, shapes and sizes. • Selection of tables from WeatherMaster® Aluminum, Synthetic & Natural Wicker collections.

• PROTECTING • Requires periodic maintenance as it ages. • Recommend re-seal stone & granite tops every 6 to 12 months with a stone enhancer sealer. • Recommend using coasters under all glasses, particularly those containing alcohol or acidic juices that can etch or dull the surface. COLD CLIMATES – snow build-up could penetrate sealer causing moisture to enter the stone to crack. Recommend storage in a dry area during cold climate seasons. • CLEANING • Stone Top: use a soft color free cloth or sponge. Use warm water with mild dish washing soap or a neutral PH cleaner such as “Simple Green”. Simple Green is a water based bio-degradable cleaner available at local hardware stores. Never use abrasive cleaners, acid or alkaline based products.
