Outstanding Results
Survey results from hundreds of students and parents1 affirm that when students feel safe and understood, they fully engage in their personalized learning process. This allows students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally and can lead to them experiencing life-changing shifts that result in long-term transformation.
By first establishing positive, authentic relationships, and then personalizing the education experience, our schools help students realize their incredible potential and gain the confidence needed to set and achieve their goals.
Fusion Education Group’s revolutionary approach focuses on the success of the whole student. In this section, we share our results in three key areas:
01. Academic Success
02. Student Well-Being
03. Total Family Impact
01Academic Success
Personalized learning is the core of what we do at Fusion Education Group. Each and every student who attends one of our schools is seen as an individual with immense potential, and we center their experience around what will help them thrive. In our one-to-one or small-group classrooms, teachers personalize their instruction based on student strengths, interests, and learning preferences. With this individualized attention, students achieve great academic success due to increased confidence in themselves and engagement with the subject matter.
“Fusion has been a game-changer for our son. He loves the one-onone instruction and he is learning more with a lot less stress.”
- Paula D., Fusion Dallas Parent
Personalized Academics
Learning is always most effective when students are intrinsically motivated by an interest in, or personal connection to, a subject.
Fusion Education Group (FEG) teachers personalize instruction by leveraging each student’s strengths, interests, and learning preferences. This sparks curiosity and excitement for learning, and it results in dramatic increases in student engagement.
When asked to vote for their school’s greatest strength, parents overwhelmingly chose customized education.
Building Confidence
Our thoughtfully designed approach of love, motivate, teach, sets a strong foundation for engaged learning. As teachers personalize and students master the material, they build confidence in their abilities.
At FEG, 83% of our parents report that their child seems more confident since joining their school, often within a few weeks.
Parents are also confident about Fusion. They report that Fusion is committed to their child’s success and partners with them to help their child succeed.

For others, this means pursuing highly specific interests that may be best developed outside the traditional college model.
We also customize our post-secondary support around the needs, dreams, plans, and goals of each student to help them discover and pursue their own unique path.

02 Student Well-Being
Along with academic success, we design our programs to support our students’ social and emotional development. We’re proud to say that our students receive support and guidance as they confront the complexities of life. When we teach and mentor our students, we support them academically, socially, and emotionally to become resourceful, critical-thinking, self-aware, and inclusive students.
Our Schoolwide Learner Outcomes
At FEG, our Schoolwide Learner Outcomes (Resourceful, Critical Thinker, Self-Aware, and Inclusive) describe the commitment we make to our students about their development. Each of these outcomes embrace academic and social-emotional learning themes and are embedded into our curriculum and programming.
Resourceful
Resourceful students explore their creativity, discover their own resources, contribute to class discussions, examine commonly held beliefs, make evidence-based decisions, and set goals. They also connect with peers who are similar and different to them, and are able to use helpful strategies when personal or social challenges arise.
Critical Thinker
Critical-thinking students demonstrate curiosity and ask questions, analyze information to differentiate between accurate and misleading, and express ideas. They engage in conversations about what’s going on in the world, and are thoughtful about the beliefs and perspectives of others.

One of the best parenting decisions we made “
“Our daughter has enormously benefitted from the individualized instruction and flexible scheduling that Fusion provides. She has been able to learn at her own pace and complete homework assignments that are often tailored to her creative nature. We can’t say enough about the high quality of her teachers and how respectful they are to her. She has been able to learn about each subject more deeply because of the 1:1 nature of Fusion’s instruction. Before attending Fusion, she disliked math and thought that she wasn’t good at it. Now, she is crushing math!!! Sending her to Fusion is one of the best parenting decisions we ever made!”

They can set achievable goals for themselves and are aware of their own needs. They are open to feedback and practice good communication skills.
Inclusive
Inclusive students adapt their communication to be effective for a variety of audiences. They demonstrate cultural sensitivity, recognize inequalities, and promote equity in their school and community. They reflect on their biases and make thoughtful choices.

NPS is a powerful tool that measures overall customer satisfaction. Based on global Net Promoter Score standards, any score above 0 is considered good. Fusion Education Group’s score of 70 is rated outstanding. For perspective, the 2022 NPS scores of top consumer brands were: Apple, 52, Amazon, 51, and Google, 47. Reviews & Testimonials
Outside of our surveys, we get notes and online reviews with success stories all the time. Below are some of the 5-star Google and Trustpilot reviews we have received this past school year. Fusion’s Trustpilot page has over 500 reviews with an Excellent Trustscore of 4.7/5.
“We highly recommend Fusion! My son is taking upper-level honor courses and the one-on-one setup means that he is totally understanding what he is learning because they can take the time to ensure he is comprehending concepts and he is not distracted by other students. His teacher is absolutely incredible and so kind, my son actually looks forward to his sessions every week! The facility is also beautiful and creates the perfect learning environment!”
- Stefani M., Fusion Aliso Viejo Parent“Absolutely incredible school! If you are looking for a top-notch education for your child, you should really look no further than Barnstable Academy! Caring staff that want your child to succeed and they will push them to succeed.”
- Andrew D., Barnstable Parent“I can see the joy in my daughter’s eyes. She always wants to go to school and comes home telling me what a great experience she’s had. And it’s consistent. Her confidence has grown. I can tell she feels seen and accepted for who she is and how she’s able to learn. Her teachers send me detailed daily reports. All her teachers are caring and knowledgeable. Fusion is amazing!!”
“Finding Fusion Global Academy has been the silver lining to our year and such a blessing! This school has such a unique 1:1 and different approach to teaching middle/high school that it truly is in a class all by itself. Our experience was nothing short of incredible academically. Our son felt ‘educationally stimulated’ in a way he had never thought possible before and was looking forward to classes and homework! Because of the individual approach and plan for each student, our boys were able to do schoolwork well beyond their grade, and not feel ‘stuck’ in a grade-level-specific class.”
“Quality education by caring and dedicated teachers who build rapport with each student and individually tailor instruction to maximize each child’s strengths as well as help develop emerging skills. Warm and supportive environment where students feel safe, included, and understood but also are challenged to grow in new ways. Highly recommend this school!”
