Egypt Youth to Business is an initiative powered by AIESEC that aims to connect young leaders, fresh grades, university students and businesses around relevant topics to Egypt and the world, generating actionable ideas and thoughts about the future.
Today 58% of Egyptian population is under 25 years old. In one decade, these people will become the next generation of Egyptian leaders and managers in different fields, so need to be prepared for Egypt’s Globalization and ready to compete with the global talents to sustain economic growth and solve social challenges. Is Egyptian youth capable enough to take this Challenge? Become Globally Competitive Leaders is more and more important.

Four invited speakers shared different opinions in a “Round Table” discussion. Powered by Ignited by the event’s theme, the speakers had a deep discussion about the significance of “Youth Global Competitiveness”.
In Addition to the significant role of brainquil in the Panel discussion they delivered one of the highest traffic workshops to 40 student from different universities and back ground about the ‘’Power of Innovation’’.
As always expected from our beloved partner Microsoft to impress the different backgrounds of youth with their amazing entrepreneurial and innovative spirit. They delivered 2 workshops 1st ‘’entrepreneurs mindset’’ by Iman Sabry, 2nd ‘’innovation entrepreneurship’’ by Hisham Qassim.
DHL Express is one of the future promising partners for AIESEC Egypt based on the shared value and initiative in the direction of youth empowerment. We had the chance to host 2 workshops under the umbrella of their global initiative ‘’21st century leadership manager’’ with the following 2 topics ‘’R&R leadership’’ & ‘’Fit to Lead’’.
Vodafone Egypt is one of our main National partner and one of the strategic contributors to Youth Leadership Empowerment in Egypt. Vodafone had the highest corporate participation during Youth to Business Forum they delivered 5 workshops about ‘’Mobile Network’’, ‘’R&D’’, ‘’Entrepreneurship’’ ‘’Strategy in Actions’’, ‘’innovation Management for startups’’
As always known about TIEC about their Academic support to student and the Egyptian youth in general also about what they aim which is to drive innovation and entrepreneurship in ICT for the benefit of national economy. We have been lucky to host 1 of TIEC workshop under the topic of ‘’Business Model Generation’’
