香港大学美术博物馆将于2019年1月8日至1月23 日呈献傅文俊个人《相机绘画：傅文俊的摄影创 作》。傅文俊提出“数绘摄影”的创作理念，重新 阐释摄影艺术核心的传统。他在过程中融入了其它 艺术媒介的元素，开创了美学上一种崭新的愉悦体 验。傅文俊拥抱各类艺术形式，将它们结合成独特 及具纪念价值的作品，远超出纯粹地记录影像的范 围。 傅文俊在《空山新雨后》作品中挥洒墨水，绘出一 组三乘三的浮凸方格，反映阴影与空间把主图墨迹 层层延伸。他在众多作品中展现的分层效果可见他 力求打破摄影规范。他认为一张照片不仅限于对二 维平面的解读，因影像可被切割和延展并与空间和 光线互动，创造全新的艺术角度。 傅文俊的作品糅合了摄影的务实和各种视觉艺术的 美感，透过摄影和其他艺术形式互相配合，把看似 难以理解的讯息转化成平易近人的概念，反思历史 与人文的各种问题。

The University Museum and Art Gallery of the University of Hong Kong will present solo exhibition "Digital Brush: The Photographic Process of Fu Wenjun" from January 8 to January 23, 2019. Fu Wenjun’s creative output can be summed up by his term Digital Pictorial Photography, which he uses to redefine the traditions found at the core of the photographic arts. By blending elements of other artistic media into the process, he creates a brand-new form of aesthetic pleasure. Fu Wenjun embraces a range of art forms, combining them into unique and monumental works that reach beyond the mere act of recording a photographic image. After Fresh Rain in the Mountains showcases his lavish use of ink, which forms a 3 x 3 grid of raised squares that reflect both shadow and space, further expanding the primary inked image. The effect of layering found in much of Fu Wenjun’s art is an example of how he strives to break photographic norms. For him, a photograph is not merely a depiction to be restricted to two dimensions, as the image can be dissected and expanded so as to interact with space and light in the creation of new artistic perspectives. His work brings together the practical aspect of photography with the aesthetic nature of other forms of visual arts. By demonstrating the complementary relationship of photographs and other modes of artistic practice, Fu Wenjun transforms what may seem to be an inaccessible message into a highly approachable concept that can trigger critical thought about history and humanity.
