REGISTRATION AND LECTURE INFORMATION
■ Risk-free registration through the usage of contactless kiosks.

• Scan your QR code sent via email or search for your first name/last name.
• Review all your information and ensure it is correct prior to printing.
• Lunch vouchers will print out with your badge.
LUNCH VOUCHERS • Lunch is provided on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
• Tickets for each day are printed with your badge.
• The tickets are a $27 voucher for you to use on any combination of food and beverages available. If you would like to purchase additional items, you can do so via credit card or room charge.
■ Preregistration is required for workshops, special events, and the Florida Laws and Rules 3-hour course.
■ No standing in the back of a lecture room or sitting on the floor.
VIRTUAL SESSIONS
■ 200+ hours of CE will be recorded for ondemand viewing. Conference attendees will have access to these virtual sessions for 90 days post-conference (access ends October 10th) at no additional charge.
• Please be aware that not all sessions will be recorded and available for later viewing. See website for complete list.
• Proceedings and recorded sessions will be available July 13th .
• Login credentials will be sent via email.
PARKING
■ For all hotel guests, the $10 discounted rate is automatically applied to your room if you park in the garage.
■ For daily guests, you must stop by the registration desk to pick up your $10 parking voucher prior to exiting the parking garage for the discount.
■ The cost for overnight valet parking is $28 per night.
PLEASE NOTE: The FVMA is no longer accepting cash or checks onsite.
CERTIFICATES AND BADGE USAGE
■ All conference certificates will be emailed, including wet labs and 3-hour course.
■ Track your CE sessions using the form provided at the registration desk.
■ Badges will be scanned during both Florida
Laws and Dispensing Legend Drugs courses (known as the 3-hour mandated courses) and the QPR suicide training lecture. These courses require preregistration.
HOTEL INFORMATION
■ Hilton In-room Dining is currently closed.
■ The American Hotel
Lodging Association has stated that fully vaccinated team members are no longer required to wear a mask.
■ Attendee masks are encouraged but not required.
