REQUIRED CE FOR LICENSE RENEWAL
CERTIFICATES
■ Dispensing Legend Drugs
Saturday, 7 - 8 a.m.
• Light breakfast provided • Doors close at 7:10 a.m. • Must scan badge to earn CE credit • Certificate will be emailed to those scanned in before the session. ■ No standing in the back of a lecture room or sitting on the floor.
CE TRACKING & CERTIFICATES
■ Badges will be scanned during wet labs, both
Florida Laws and Dispensing Legend Drugs courses (known as the 3-hour mandated courses). These courses require preregistration.
■ Conference certificates for veterinarians and team members will be emailed to the email address you registered with for TGAVC 2021.
It is the attendee’s responsibility to track the sessions they attended using the Session
Tracking Sheet in the on-site program. ■ RACEtrack® : • RACEtrack® is a free service that allows veterinary professionals like you the chance to record all of your RACE®-approved, as well as other continuing education (CE) coursework, in a single centralized database. This system easily communicates your CE to your credentialing agencies while also allowing those authorized agencies to retrieve your CE. • Register your free account at RACEtrack by scanning the QRcode (aavsb.org).

■ If you are staying at an overflow property, a complimentary shuttle will be provided on a limited schedule.
• Shuttle bus will be staged at the Front Entrances of the Hilton Palm Beach Airport and the
Hampton Inn and at the south entrance of the Palm Beach

PARKING
■ The Hilton West Palm Beach parking is valet only.
FVMA hotel guests receive a discounted rate of $22/night.
■ Parking at the Palm Beach County Convention
Center is also available.
• 0-3 hrs $5.00. Each additional hour thereafter is $1.00 per hour up to a maximum of $15.00 for 12 hours. • Overnight parking or lost tickets are $25.00 per car.
