With 2020 underway, I want to take a moment to talk about Dignity and Respect throughout the organization. I firmly believe that it is vital to the success of our organization that we treat one another with care and compassion. Regardless of role, you have a voice in our company and we need to stress Dignity and Respect at every level of the organization. This goes beyond simply seeing our posters or knowing the various pillars of D&R. It is important that we take these beliefs seriously and act upon them on a daily basis. Whether it is lending a hand to someone in need, understanding someone else’s point of view or a simple smile and hello to the people you work with, I implore you to live the values of Dignity and Respect every single day. Acting with Dignity and Respect is a core principle of our company’s values. The relationships that we have fostered with our clients and employees are built on trust, honesty and openness. If we fail to listen to our fellow employees or customers, or respect one another, then we have failed as a business. We have become the company that we are because we come together as a single team and strive to do better every day. As we focus on closing the first quarter on a high-note and use it as momentum into a successful 2020, it is vital that we continue to follow our company values to not only continue building a great organization, but a fantastic organizational culture. G4S All Stars Illinois Team Ensures Campus Security ILLINOIS — G4S Security Personnel are faced with the difficult task of not only providing outstanding security service, but also delivering exceptional customer service. In Illinois, the G4S security team at a local college does just that. On numerous occasions they have accommodated the college’s various events into their normal routines. They ensure that the events are covered without compromising the integrity of the college’s security as a whole. With a large, open campus, the team works with everyone they interact with, including working collaboratively with the local police force, who also provide on-site security, to provide the college a security program that keeps everyone safe and is conducive to learning. Lakisha Hoskins Helps Hospital Patients TENNESSEE — Working in healthcare environments can be very stressful. Not only are security officers tasked with ensuring safety in a high-stress environment, but they are also asked to work with people who are going through a potentially difficult time. On multiple occasions, G4S Security Officer Lakisha Hoskins has gone above and beyond her responsibilities to provide exceptional security and customer service. Whether it is helping hospital staff with handing out food trays, or assisting with disruptive patients, Lakisha has done it. She eased the concerns of one patient who didn’t want to leave in a hospital gown by going to a nearby store and purchasing clothes for them. Additionally, she helped a patient and their mother with getting a motel room and even brought in a birthday cake for a patient who was in the hospital for their birthday.

Paul Grey Responds To Allergic Reaction TEXAS — One of the most valuable tools of a security officer is the ability to spring into action in a moment’s notice, regardless of the incident. And when someone’s life is potentially on the line, being able to act quickly and efficiently is extremely valuable. G4S Security Officer Paul Grey saw a client employee possibly suffering from a severe allergic reaction to something she had eaten. Immediately, Paul notified emergency personnel and assisted in transporting her to the on-site medical facility. By the time she got there, her face was swollen and she was having difficulty breathing, but because Paul was able to ensure she got to the facility, she was treated and released. Tax season can be challenging. Between ensuring you have all the necessary forms and finding a resource reliable enough to walk you through the process, it can be very stressful. Your W2 is available to access through MyADP (www.myadp.com) and your 1095-C form, which shows which months you were offered or enrolled in healthcare coverage, was mailed to your latest address on file. As a G4S employee with access to G4S Perks at Work, we hope we can help make the process a little easier. When it comes time to file, there are a number of resources available to you through the G4S US Perks at Work Tax Information Center. Here you will find discounts through TurboTax, H&R Block, TaxSlayer and Credit Karma, among others. To access the G4S US Perks at Work Tax Information Center, follow these steps: •
