Celebrating Service Employees Celebrating Anniversaries Regulated Security Solutions Region, 2016 As we introduce new communications to our lineup – including Veteran Spotlights and Shout Outs – we never want to forget our roots, the G4S News employee newsletter. Because our publication schedule was hectic in 2016, we are issuing this comprehensive “Years of Service – 2016 Special Edition” to ensure that we don’t miss the chance to recognize and celebrate our employees’ 2016 anniversaries. We celebrate Years of Service for several reasons: First and foremost we are focused on saluting our long servers. The employees who are celebrating the milestone of 5, 10, 15 or 20 years (and so on) play a significant part in helping our company maintain high levels of performance standards and customer service excellence. But recognition of service is only one part of the puzzle. At every level of leadership within our company, you will find former front line employees who have dedicated themselves to our customers and moved into leadership roles. From President Drew Levine, who started as a Road Supervisor in 1988, to Chief Operating Officer Danny Grizzard, who started as a Project Manager in 1993, the capability to grow with our company is always present.
