How does my fob/remote work?
Each resident is issued 1 remote/fob at move in. There is a button to push when driving through the gate. Hold the remote body up to the grey touch plate to get into the fitness center and pedestrian gates.
Where are the mail boxes located?
• 2828 Mailbox located near entrance and building one
• 2929 Mailbox located near buildings 5 and 6
• 2300 Mailbox located right past entrance near building 4.
Do you have resident activities or events?
We host monthly resident events that are released in our monthly community newsletters. We also host crime awareness meetings three times a year.
Can I have a party at the pool?
No, as you are only allowed 2 guests at the pool per apartment.
Where is the best place for me to park?
Resident parking spots are labeled “resident only” on the curb. They are uncovered spots throughout all 3 sections of the community. Covered parking and garages are reserved spots for certain residents. Contact the office to reserve a carport or garage.
Conveniences
How do I pay rent online?
We have made paying your rent easy by setting you up with your personal online account Rent Café. You will go to www.gables.com and click on the Resident Login in the upper right-hand corner. Select the link to set up your Rent Café account. This is a great way to stay connected to your management team from anywhere in the world.
Where can I access WI-FI in the building?
WIFI is available around the pool at Waterford Square & the pool behind the leasing office. Registration is required to use it. Please see management for details.
Do you have a courtesy officer onsite and how do I get a hold of them?
Yes, our courtesy officer’s name is Jacob Call the leasing office and if it’s after hours, the answering service will be able to send a message to him.
Guests
Where can my guests park?
Visitor parking is located behind building 4 at 2828 and near mailboxes at 2929. There are spaces available near the exit gate at Waterford Square as well.
Where do my movers park?
In the parking lot near breezeways that are close to the apartment.
Where does the delivery person come in or do I have to meet them?
The resident’s guest or delivery service will utilize the call box located by the entrance gates. Press # and then the resident’s directory code to call the resident. When the resident answers the call, press “9” on the phone to allow entry access.
Packages
To receive packages, you will need to sign up with FETCH.
How many guests can I have with me at the amenities?
2 guests per resident.
How do I let friends in the gate?

Maintenance
How do I submit service requests?
Call the office, email the office at citywalk.servicerequest@gables.com, or submit them through Rent Café.
What do I do if I have a Maintenance emergency after hours?
Call the office and speak with the answering service regarding the maintenance emergency. The answering service team will page the on-call service technician to come out.
What is considered a maintenance emergency?
Emergency maintenance problems that will be dispatched to the on-call service technician include:
1. No electricity throughout the apartment
2. No water.
3. No air conditioning on a day of extreme heat (80+ degrees).
4. Water entering the apartment.
5. Possibility of fire.
6. Impeded plumbing in an apartment with only one bathroom.
7. No heat.
8. Non-functioning or malfunctioning smoke detector.
9. Gas leak (also call the gas company).
10. Running water that cannot be shut off.
11. Malfunctioning door or window locks.
