DESIGN HYPOTHESIS

Concept

From architectural point of view, the proposal is meant to refresh the entire looking of the facade. The main purpose is to highlight and to maintain intact the elements that can make visible different historical stages from the construction evolution of the building when comparing with other elements from another parts of the building. In the case of this facade, to be able to compare the brick columns and their construction technic with another elements of the building.

BALCONY

The proposal for this element, refers to a mechanical cleaning of all the metallic balustrade and every single railing element and to remove the rust. Also, all the connection points of the balustrade to the balcony slab and to the wall must be clean,
