The user can have a quick overview of his projects/tasks to achieve (visualization of the timeline, time spent).

Calendar - The user can enter a due date in order to create a reminder for the tasks he has to achieve or to modify past events.

The user can add a new task from the interface he is working on.

A pop up appear and give the opportunity to add a new task or a new project.

The user interface switch to a new window with all details, the user can configure and customize his project (description of project: notes, assign a project: team, etc.).

The project appears, the user can add a new task dedicated to this new “Project 2” nevertheless, the user can add a task to the “Project 1” or “2”.

As before a pop up appear and give the opportunity to add a new task or a new project.

The user interface switch to a new window with all details, the user can configure and customize his task (description of task: notes, assign a task: team, etc.).

The user can start a task and tap the “play” button. He has the possibility to pause (press the play button) and stop the task.

Press on the task and find the details and configure it, if necessary.

Menu - Find the options and settings (search, teams project, statistics of the week/month with the infographics ).
