Ⅳ OPERATION: 1. Remove plastic bags, put the fixing device of the pen lamp to twist in the spiral hole of microscope main body. Then tight the nut of thread end toward the microscope main body with spanner which is attached in the instrument, to lock the fixing device of the pen lamp. Insert the pen lamp into the tube of the pen lamp, tighten the fixing screw with finger.
2. Put the measuring microscope on the observing object, turn the focusing knob, until a clearest image of observing object is obtained. 3. If after the focusing, the observing object is already clear ,but the reticule of eyepiece is not clear. May rotate the diopter adjusting ring of eyepiece, also until a clearest image of reticule is obtained . 4. When needs to illuminate, open the pen lamp. Loose the fixing screw, adjusting the pen lamp into the suitable position, causes the light of the pen lamp to aim the observing object, then tighten the fixing screw with finger. 5. In order to prevent objective touch the observing object, adjusting the stopper to the suitable position. Ⅴ MAINTENANCEx 1.The microscope must be placed in where is shady and dry. Don’t let it expose under sun light directly. 2. The microscope has be calibrated and inspected strictly before leaving factory, the users must not knock down the instrument discretionally. 3. If there’s dust on the lens, blow it by rubber ball blower, after that clean the lens gently with a soft brush pen, carefully wipe off oil or fingerprints on the lens surface with lens tissue or absorbent cotton moistened with a few organic solvent (mixture of ether and alcohol 7:3). 4. Keep the mechanical parts clean and wipe regularly. 5. Cover the microscope with a dust cover, when the microscope is not used. If longer time is not used, put best the microscope into the packing box.
