March 5th & April 2nd, 5 pm – 8 pm Join Ormond Beach’s fine art galleries - Ocean Art Gallery, Frame of Mind, and Thays Art Gallery and Studio - on the first Saturday of each month for art openings and art events. Each venue features something different. Also visit Historic Ormond Beach shops featuring artists for the evening, including Neighborhood Shop, Culture Period Hair Salon, and more.

Founded at the end of World War II to celebrate creative freedom and those who defend it, Ormond Memorial Art Museum & Gardens is dedicated to inspiring the community through art and nature. April 30th & May 1st - “Art in the Park” Arts & Crafts Festival Entering its 49th year, Art in the Park is held annually the weekend before Mother’s Day and is hosted by the City of Ormond Beach Leisure Services Department in partnership with the Ormond Memorial Art Museum. Fine artists and crafters from throughout the region join us along the banks of the Halifax River in Rockefeller Gardens.

Set on the shore of the Halifax River, and just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, the late John D. Rockefeller’s winter home is known as “The Jewel of Ormond Beach.” The Casements has been officially listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has been designated as a Florida Heritage Site. The Casements welcomes visitors Monday through Saturday for a tour of the house and grounds. Come learn about the history of the mansion and grounds. Visit special displays including Boy Scouts of America historical memorabilia and a collection of Hungarian festival costumes and artifacts. The Casements also hosts numerous events throughout the year. Ocean Art Gallery of Fine Art is a lively and fun place that excites the senses and showcases the talents of 18 artists from our community and across the country. With original art and high quality giclées, we offer several mediums, including acrylic, digital, mixed-media, oil, watercolor, photography, wood, sterling silver jewelry, and more. Ocean Art Gallery of Fine Art is locally owned. March 1st & March 2nd – Watercolor Workshop, 1 pm – 4 pm Learn to paint in watercolor with watercolor artist Bibi Gromling. All supplies are included in the $75 class fee. Class is limited to 6 students.
