Leading French home appliance company Brandt has a new range of ovens that cooks and bakes your favourite dishes the traditional way, but with the added benefit of steam cooking.

Steaming helps to preserve the nutritional value of food and keeps meat, poultry, seafood, desserts and veggies moist and flavourful. Brandt’s 60cm Pyrolytic Oven offers three modes of steam assisted cooking functions – White Meat, Fish and Poultry – so you can prepare juicy roast chicken, turkey or duck, succulent fish, perfectly tender vegetables, and even a decadent chocolate lava cake with a soft molten centre. Simply add sufficient lukewarm water to your drip pan, place it in your oven on the bottom shelf and let the steam do its work.
As the steam circulates during the cooking process, you can be confident that what you’re making will cook quickly without drying out or losing its nutrients.
The oven, which is available in two colours (Black BOP7537BB and Stainless Steel BOP7537X), also features two pyrolytic cleaning cycles – Clean 39, a self-cleaning function that cleans the oven in just 39 minutes, and the 2hr Pyrolytic Cleaning Mode.
