Recruitment Works celebrates a very special anniversary this month – 10 years since it was founded by Carmella Mckay. Carmella started Recruitment Works out of a determination to build a business which delivered a bespoke service centred on the needs of clients and candidates, and to specifically meet the requirements of the Manx market.
