MEET THE SPEAKERS

Elizabeth Beckham is a member of Turner Industries’ award winning Workforce Development Team. She has over 20 years experience in HR and Training from multiple industries, of that experince, 15 years have been in the petrochemical and construction industry. Elizabeth is a native of Jackson, Mississippi. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Workforce Training and Development from the University of Southern Mississippi. Additional credentials include: National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Master Trainer, NCCER Construction Workforce Development Professional, Certified Occupational Safety Manager (COSM), Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), and Certified Learning Professional (CLP) certificate from the Jack and Patti Phillips Workforce Learning and Performance Institute at the University of Southern Mississippi.

Amanda Dever is the Global Environmental Leader for Olin Chemicals Division. She has 18 years of engineering experience, including six years of consulting. She is a Women of Olin Steering Team member and leads the Female Talent Pipeline Committee to ensure future talent is lined up to work for Olin in the coming years.

Jennifer Oshikanlu is a Biological Engineer with over 13 years of environmental compliance expertise. Her background consists of improving compliance performance, implementing new regulatory programs, and serving as a subject matter expert for state and federal regulations at chemical manufacturing facilities and refineries in Texas and the surrounding gulf states. Currently, Jennifer serves as a Senior Environmental Specialist at Olin Corporation in Freeport, TX.

Crystal Poole is trained as a board operator, outside operator, and lab technician. She is a Women of Olin Representative to local junior colleges and loves sharing her experience, guidance, and tips for getting interviews. Her energy, candor, grit, and passion for good work shines through.

Gwen Soliman (Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering University of Cincinnati, MBA Darla Moore School of Business), Gwen has been with Olin for 18 years and has worked in 5 Olin locations. She has held roles in production, leadership, and as plant manager of our Tracy, CA, site. Gwen is currently the Business Readiness Leader for an SAP deployment project and a Women of Olin Steering Team Member.
