Minimum tuition for Residents of Texas is $180 - Minimum tuition for Non-Residents of Texas is $480 - Tuition per credit hour for Residents of Texas is $45 - Tuition per credit hour for Non-Residents of Texas is $120. Third repeat course or developmental course work that exceeds 27 hours will be assessed at $60 per credit hour surcharge. Non-Residents of Texas who are not located within the state of Texas, enrolled in distance education will be assessed a $100 per credit hour surcharge.

SUMMER I – REFUND POLICY (CREDIT COURSES ONLY)
Under the rules promulgated by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, Galveston College will refund tuition and applicable fees for withdrawals and dropped classes as scheduled below: 100% prior to June 7, 2021 25% prior to 6:00 p.m. on June 16, 2021 70% prior to 6:00 p.m. on June 14, 2021 NONE after 6:00 p.m. on June 16, 2021
SUMMER II CLASSES BEGIN JULY 12, 2021
SUMMER II – REFUND POLICY (CREDIT COURSES ONLY)
Under the rules promulgated by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, Galveston College will refund tuition and applicable fees for withdrawals and dropped classes as scheduled below: 100% prior to July 12, 2021 25% prior to 6:00 p.m. on July 21, 2021 70% prior to 6:00 p.m. on July 19, 2021 NONE after 6:00 p.m. on July 21, 2021 The $30 registration fee is non-refundable at any time. Student I.D. cards must be obtained by the 12th class day or there will be an additional $5 charge. A $25 non-refundable late registration fee will be assessed for Summer I credit course registration beginning June 3, 2021. A $10 non-refundable schedule change fee will be assessed for Summer I credit course additions, drops, or changes beginning June 7, 2021. A $25 non-refundable late registration fee will be assessed for Summer II credit course registration beginning July 8, 2021. A $10 non-refundable schedule change fee will be assessed for Summer II credit course additions, drops, or changes beginning July 12, 2021. Note: Tuition, fees, and the refund policy listed in this schedule are accurate at the time of publication. Galveston College reserves the right to change its tuition, fees, and refund policy wholly or in part during the semesters covering in the schedule. All third-party vouchers covering payment must be submitted before the last day of the refund period.
