I’ve written quite a bit recently about the strength of the current real estate market and the opportunities that exist. It is tempting to continue to review market trends, but as we approach Thanksgiving and Christmas, I think it is time to pause and briefly reflect on what home means to us.
While at its most basic level, a house serves to provide shelter from the elements and outsiders, it is more commonly thought of as a place that conjures feelings of comfort, familiarity, and belonging. Home is where children are raised, friends are entertained, and memories are made. There is simply no substitute for your own home!
