This was very good. I subed fresh sweet potatoes for the canned and of course I candied them. I did not go crazy with the butter—just a little brown sugar and cinnamon. I served ours with frozen whole green beans. Breakfast and Lunch were cereal choice and ham sandwiches. Sacks for the day were free choice baby red, yellow, and orange peppers, carrots, apples, oranges and homemade ranch dip made with fat free sour cream.

This stuff was fabulous! It’s a great summer meal and the kids loved it! I cooked it just as it says—oh—I used fresh shredded parmesan cheese because I like it better than grated. For Breakfast we had cereal free choice. For lunch we had some homemade chicken vegetable soup my mom sent over. Snacks are always veggies with homemade dip, fruit choice, and today we also had some Nacho Cheese Doritos with a fountain drink (Yep, we all hopped in the car and drove to the store.)
This is a Saturday menu. Lunch is Caesar salad ďƒ next page.
We are big Caesar Salad eaters! I can’t wait to try this dressing.
We all love chocolate and cheesecake so here is a treat for this menu.
Today’s breakfast will be cantaloupe slices and blueberries. Lunch is peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and snacks are celery with peanut butter, veggies with dip, oranges.
This is a Sunday menu because this can cook all day. I have a couple of avocadoes that should be ready by Sunday.
