Meet Our Committee!

My name is Emily Allshouse and I am from New Castle, Pennsylvania. I am in the 3+3 exercise science and physical therapy program. I am in the American Sign Language club, and I enjoy photography and going on adventures with my friends.

My name is Billie Caruso, and I am from Pittsburgh. I’m in the physicians assistant program and hope to work in women’s medicine after graduation.

Hi my name is Maddie Duschek! I am a freshman Physician Assistant major here at Gannon. I’m from the Pittsburgh area and I graduated from Blackhawk High School. After graduation, I hope to be working as a certified physician assistant in dermatology or pediatrics.

My name's Alex Grove and I am majoring in mechanical engineering. I came to Gannon from Canonsburg, PA which is about 30 minutes south of Pittsburgh. After graduation I plan to get an internship through one of my favorite manufacturers in Austria.

My name is Lauren Heutsche and I am currently a freshman physician assistant student. I love photography, playing the violin, nature, and practicing my faith. More importantly, I love helping others whenever possible.

My name is Skye Karastury and I am from Conneaut Lake, PA. I am a biology/premedicine major at Gannon. After I graduate, I plan to go to med school to become an orthopedic physician!

My name is Ashleigh Lutz and I am from Erie. My major is Environmental Engineering and after I graduate, I hope to move to Pittsburgh to work with water quality.

My name is Alaina McKenna. I am a Criminal Justice & Psychology dual major from Pittsburgh, PA. I plan to be a federal agent after graduation, hopefully with the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF). Some interesting facts about me are: I work at the Erie County Courthouse conducting background checks for the Sheriff’s Department’s Firearms Unit, I play guitar–I can play any genre from classical to metal, and I can recite the entire Hamilton soundtrack off by heart.

Ella is our Co-Chair!

My name is Ella Rasper, and I am a freshman occupational therapy student. I am from Medina, Ohio, it is about 30 minutes south of Cleveland. At Gannon, I am involved with North Hall Council, club rugby team, honor’s Student Advisory Board and co-chair for the photography committee and recently joined Sigma Sigma Sigma. I am passionate about traveling and trying cuisines native to where I’m traveling. When I am not studying or at practice, I am usually watching The Office with my roommates or making chicken nuggets in North’s community kitchen.

My name is Jake Snyder and I am a Freshman at Gannon. I am majoring in Health Science on a 3+3 NYCC Pre-Chiropractic Track. I love to golf and shoot competitively and in my free time I enjoy hanging out with my friends, playing piano, and listening to music. I am also actively involved in The Honors Program and The Pre-Health Club. I am also an Eagle Scout from my hometown troop. I am excited about freshman year and can’t wait to see what Gannon has in store in the upcoming years!

Thank You For a Wonderful Year!
