Minimum Rate of pay expected:
Your minimum rate of pay will be no less than the National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage in effect at the time of work as can be found at https://www.gov.uk/national-minimum-wage-rates’
Deductions from pay required by law:
We are required by law to deduct income tax, national insurance and student/postgraduate loan repayments from your wages. After three months engagement, we are also required to deduct pension contributions. We may also be instructed to deduct any County Court Judgements, Direct Earnings Attachments and Attachment of Earnings Orders made against you.
Any other deductions or costs from your pay:
No other deductions from your pay are intended at this point. Please note, the Employment Business has a legal right to make deductions from pay in line with the governments National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage guidelines, which may include but are not limited to:

Holiday Entitlement and Pay:
• deductions from pay allowed under the worker's contract which relate to specific misconduct or payment by the worker of a specific penalty; • deductions from pay or payment by the worker because of an advance of wages or on account of an advance under an agreement for a loan; • deductions from pay or payment by the worker for the purchase of shares, other securities or share option, or any share in a partnership; • deduction from pay or payment by the worker to recover an accidental overpayment of wages; • deductions from pay that are not for expenditure connected to the worker's employment; • voluntary payments by the worker for the purchase of goods and services; • certain deductions from pay and payments by the worker for accommodation. • No fees for goods or services are intended at this point. • Where relevant to your role, PPE is provided free of charge; however, you are contractually liable for returning the PPE / work wear in good, clean working order within 48 hours of the end of your assignment, failure to do so would result in a debt due to gap Personnel Holdings Limited who would legally be entitled to recover the cost via a salary deduction. • Formal written agreement would be entered in to prior to the provision of any goods or services or any fees being applied for the supply of goods or services. You are entitled to 5.6 weeks annual holiday accrued in proportion to the hours that you work. If you work at one company for more than 12 weeks, you might be entitled to additional holiday entitlement to match their directly employed workers. Your Assignment Schedule provides these details. Additional Benefits:
These could include access to collective facilities provided by a hirer on day one of an assignment under the Agency Workers Regulations 2010. These will vary from client to client, your Assignment Schedule will provide the specific details for any assignments you accept.
