Installation
Install machine away from a wall, ensuring no contact.
• Ensure machine is earthed to avoid possible electric shock. The machine should be installed in an area with minimal moisture or grease.
Roller Installation

Wrapping Film Installation
Loosen the right and left bolts on the workbench and pull the bench forward to remove.
Slide the film onto the roller and pull in the direction of the arrows shown.
• Reposition the bench and tighten black bolts to secure film into place.
Film Tension Adjustment
• To adjust the film tension, make use of the tension bolt located on the right side.
Power Supply
Check electricity input voltage requirements of the machine before connecting it to an outlet.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
• A full test & tag has been completed prior to equipment being freighted.
Front Switch
To use the hot plate and hot knife, turn on the “Heat Cutter & Heat Board” switch.
• When the power is on, the yellow light will indicate that the knife and plate are being heated.
• Temperature on the heat plate can be adjusted with the turning dial.
• Temperature can be adjusted between 50 - 140 Degree Celsius to optimise the bonding based on the volume of object.
Wrapping Method
Place the product on workbench, pull film and cover entire product.
• Pull the product to obtain a better wrap and cut the film by making contact with the cutter.
• Fold in the film and place product on heated hot plate.
Caution
• Do not touch the heated plate or knife with bare hands. The knife is made out of stainless steel and retains a high temperature for longer.
• The machine can maintain a high temperature after being turned off; ensure it has cooled down before storing.
• Clean the knife and plate with a cloth or a towel. The hot plate has a special Teflon coating, so metal and sharp objects should be avoided.
• This appliance is not intended for the use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
