We are proud to announce the launch of STRATA’s Women’s Wellness Lifestyle Memberships and the specific pathways to best serve women across their stages of life.

We have taken an all-inclusive approach to whole-person, whole-body integration to bring you a customized Wellness Experience; as science and evidence show us, ladies are beautifully unique, and we want to develop and deliver personalized care just for YOU!

The Women’s Wellness Lifestyle Membership has three specialized pathways:

Conscious Conception: Whether you (or someone that you know) is experiencing challenges with fertility, are wanting to take extra care prior to conception, are pregnant and want to feel your best throughout your birthing journey, or are wanting incredible support postpartum, this track is catered to mothering the mother.

Aging Gracefully: Designed for every woman who is hoping to Age Gracefully. This track examines the physiological and lifestyle factors that contribute to the aging process – both internally and externally –followed by integrative, holistic treatments to address making menopause manageable to taking a preventative approach to aging and longevity.

Metabolic Lifestyle: Using comprehensive analyses, robust labs, and innovate metabolic testing techniques, attain more clarity on why metabolic issues exists – whether it is weight management, thyroid, hormonal imbalances – and how an integrated treatment plan can address the matters. Treatments, education, and clinical partnerships will provide the guidance and support to bring your body and mind back onto harmony.

The Women’s Wellness Lifestyle Memberships include:

• Thorough past medical histories, clinical intakes, and evaluations; • Metabolic and / or laboratory testing; • Customized treatment plan based on your health and wellness goals plus findings from the assessments; • Integrated nutritional, fitness, and mindfulness coaching with Naturopathic Medicine support; • IV nutritional and hydration therapy, high-quality supplements, and possible hormone therapy; and, • Acupuncture, neuroreceptor therapy, spa services, and even medical aesthetics treatments.
