STRATA Body’s Salon Renovation and Reveal
We are extremely excited to announce that the STRATA Body Salon has received its New Look for the New Year. And we are ready to welcome back the GGRC Members to a cleansed building and renovated Salon!
A healthy building helps facilitate a healthy body. During the partial property closure, Spa and Salon providers underwent continuing education on new treatments and products – all in the spirit to elevate your Wellness and expand the menu with more nature-based and award-winning organic services. We look forward to sharing with you the many new talents and offerings, including the newly redesigned Salon and its new equipment to enhance services. Additional enhancements include:
• New aesthetic and more open floor plan that provides greater privacy and safety • New luxurious gowns and capes for your haircare, cutting, and coloring services • New styling chairs, new washing stations, new manicure chairs, and new massaging pedicure stations • New vintage-inspired barber chair for barbering services, including hot towel straight razor shaves

Fit-Golf Powered by STRATA
Join STRATA for a Physical Therapist-developed, six-week program for golfers seeking to elevate their golf fitness and course performance! Set yourself up to master the game of golf by ensuring your body is primed for the specific activity. By intentionally focusing on the key movements and body regions specific to sport and golf, prepare to improve your performance and reduce your risk for common golfrelated injuries, stresses, and strains.
Across the six-week program, each session will focus on a dedicated action and have additive instruction from week-to-week, including:
• Week 1: Mobility • Week 2: Core stability • Week 3: Leg Strength • Week 4: Power and Speed • Week 5: Mobility and Post golf stretches with club • Week 6: Recovery and Myofascial Release
Fit-Golf Powered by STRATA will take place:
• When: Every Tuesday (beginning February 8, and for six weeks through to March 15) • Time: 12:00P – 1:00P • Where: The View at Kissing Camels Clubhouse

Open Your Heart: Valentine Partner Yoga Two Is Better Than One
