July is here, which marks the height of summer and brings a spirit of celebration. It's the perfect time of year to enjoy a day by the pool, a round of golf, or a visit to one of our superb dining outlets for a cool beverage! We will celebrate the 4th of July with a traditional picnic and fireworks at the Kissing Camel Golf Driving Range. Come and celebrate Independence Day with us —a holiday dedicated to honoring "The Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave”.
We will be opening the Recreation Pool at 10:00 a.m. on July 4th so you can start your celebration early and there will be a 20% discount on all pool retail items. We also just installed new playground equipment for the little ones to enjoy. There is always something going on at the Tennis Center and this July 4th is no exception. Join us at 9:00 a.m. for a Tennis or Pickleball Social followed by a professional tennis exhibition.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to connect with a leading expert in lifestyle medicine while experiencing nature firsthand, join the Strata Stroll on July 8th at 8:00 a.m. with Dr. Sheila Bee. You will gain insight into how your natural surroundings can lift your spirits while embracing the summer season.

This month we are excited to feature one of our fantastic non-alcoholic cocktails offered on the Grand View and Rock’s Dry Bar Menu. The Garden Spritz is a delightful combination of Citrus, Honey, Cucumber tonic, non-alcoholic distillate and a splash of Cranberry juice.
These libations are designed to give you all the enjoyment and complexity of a traditional cocktail while allowing your body to rehydrate as you enjoy hiking, swimming, golfing or any number of summer activities.

OF THE MONTH
The highly coveted Steak Sandwich makes a return to Kissing Camels Grille along with their new menus. This iteration features a marinated flank steak, white cheddar, tomatoes, arugula, red onion, and chimichurri aioli all served atop beautifully toasted French bread. This sandwich is available for lunch and dinner and highlights all of the fresh and vibrant flavors of the summer.

Join fellow Club Members every Wednesday at KC Grille for a Chef's Special, available from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. This month features Asian Fish Tacos on July 3rd and Shrimp and Grits on July 31st, among with several others.
