COURT RESERVATIONS: Court reservations are available to members with Sports privileges. Court reservations can be made online through the member portal, in person, or by calling the Tennis Pro Shop at 719-329-4012. Please note that the pro shop will be closed Saturday after 1:00 p.m. and all day Sunday. If you need assistance during the weekend, please contact the front desk.

KIDS’ CLUB RESERVATIONS: Sign-ups for Kids’ Club and organized activities can be done in person during Kids’ Club open hours or up to 4:30 p.m. the day prior via the member portal. Please note taht during the off-season, (November - March), we do not accept walk-ins and without any sign-ups, Kids’ Club will be closed. For any other inquiries or assitance, please call us at 719-329-4017.
Returns and Refunds
Exchanges Non-Returnable
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of original purchase with receipt. If the receipt is not present must be able to verify purchase through member account.
Merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased.
Merchandise must be in original packaging.
Payment will be refunded to your original payment method or applied to your membership account.
Merchandise can be exchanged for something else of equal or lesser value.
Merchandise that is not in its original condition when purchased.

Special orders on a case by case depending on if we carry item in the retail outlet or item can be returned to vendor.

Dining Outlets
Holiday Events and Dining
A $15 fee per reserved seat will be charged to members and guests who fail to show or cancel within a 24-hour period. Parties of eight or more are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy and a $25 fee per reserved seat.
A 72-hour cancellation policy applies to all special holiday dining and event reservations. A fee of 50% for each reserved seat of the event will be charged to the member account or guest who made the reservation and fail to show or cancel within a 72-hour period.

A $15 green or court fee will be imposed for cancellations within 24-hours of play for each player
Kids’ Club and Events
A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all services within the Spa and Salon. A 50% fee of the booked service will be imposed for clients who fail to cancel within a 48-hour period and 100% fee of the service will be imposed for no-show or cancellation within a 24-hour period.
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies for Kids’ Club reservations and Kids’ Event kits/reservations. 100% fee of the reservations may be imposed for member and guests who fail to show or cancel within the 24-hour period. If contacted to return to Kids’ Club for any reason, the parent or guardian must return within 30 minutes of said contact or be charged the late fee of $2/minute after the 30 minute period.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees will be applied to the member account or guest. Persistent forfeit of an appointment, tee or starting times may be refused the privilege of securing future reservations and/or appointment for services.
