R E T R E AT I N C L U D E S : Four-Day, Three-Night Wellness Retreat and Resort Stay Enjoy a private and luxurious stay in one of our beautiful resort rooms with a single king bed and a Juliet balcony. All rooms have breathtaking views of the national natural landmark, Garden of the Gods Park, and Pikes Peak Mountain. Food Be Thy Medicine Freshly prepared meals using local and organic ingredients. Meals are designed with specific intentions for the group all while honoring your personal dietary preferences. All scheduled meals and snacks are included; other meal purchases and alcohol are an additional charge. Integrative Med, Body, and Fit Experiences and Interactive Workshops Experience the power of integrated wellness as you enjoy a blend of yoga, nature exploration, and other movement activities, restorative massage and body treatments, and wellness services and workshops designed to collectively elevate and support you personally and as a retreat community.
