Are you a whiskey fan? Join us in the Rocks Lounge at 3:00 p.m. for a tasting of Kikori Japanese Whiskey. As one of the first 100% rice distilled whiskeys produced in Japan to be introduced to the U.S., this whiskey is known for its floral aromas and versatility. Its velvety smoothness can be enjoyed on the rocks or in a cocktail. Included in the tasting will be Japanese inspired appetizers. Price is $25 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. This month’s Chef Dinner will be presented by one of our own, Chef Kelley McCann. Originally from Louisiana, Chef Kelley has spent time at Galatoire’s Bistro, Kalurah Street Grill, and Augusta National Golf Club. Chef Kelley’s menu has been paired alongside wines from the one of California’s earliest wine estates, Stags’ Leap Winery. The evening will start with passed hors d’oeuvres and a welcome beverage at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:00 p.m. Price is $95 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Holiday Events and Dining Cancellation / No Show The 72-hour cancellation policy applies to all special holiday dining and event reservations. A fee of 50% of the prevailing event price for each reserved seat of the event will be charged to the member account or guest who made the reservation and fail to show or cancel within a 72-hour period.
