Match … Point … Fit! A Tennis-specific Fitness Program!

Looking for the right stretches and workouts to enhance (and improve!) your tennis game? STRATA Fit (Fitness & Performance) and the M&M Tennis Center are partnering to deliver an inaugural, tennis-specific, group workout program. Engaging, interactive and dynamic, this first-of-its-kind on property program is designed to develop your best tennis body –with stability, strength and stamina – and elevate your experience on the court. Together, alongside trainers and coaches, participants will focus on strength, speed, agility, footwork and flexibility.

All ages, abilities and fitness levels are welcome and invited to participate. The STRATA Fit Tennis Program will occur:

• Every Wednesday in October at 12:00 P.M. – beginning Wednesday, October 6 • Program classes are located inside the M&M Tennis Center • Program cost is complimentary to GGRC Members • Tennis-specific shoes are preferred; participant shoes must be non-marking to the courts
