SEPTEMBER FITNESS CHALLENGE

September will be our 9/11 Tower Challenge. This challenge is in honor of those who lost their lives on 9/11/2001. Since the World Trade Center’s Twin Towers consisted of 110 floors and 2071 steps, we encourage you to walk, climb or run to remember. Each time you complete 110 floors or 2071 steps, punch a space on your challenge card. Let’s see how many times we can complete this challenge in honor of the fallen.
