Is it holding you back from achieving your goals? It is impossible to eliminate stress, but you can grow from it. In this course, learn new skills every week to help to induce the relaxation response and improve health. This will directly counteract the body and mind’s stress response to create more resiliency and nurture the ability to grow from stress instead of becoming distressed.

Learn a variety of techniques to elicit the relaxation response, the body’s innate stress buffer through use of lifestyle medicine

Learn strategies to enhance sleep, improve eating habits and increase physical activity

Gain resources and a community to keep you on track with your goals, long after the course is completed.
Sessions are 1x a week on Tuesdays. Participants can select from one of the two sessions - 11am – 1pm OR 5pm – 7pm.
