Are you stressed? Is it affecting your quality of life? Is it holding you back from achieving your goals? It is impossible to eliminate stress, but you can grow from it.In this course, you will learn new skills every week to evoke the Relaxation Response, which directly counters the stress response. You will also set goals in the pillars of Lifestyle Medicine to help build resilience and nurture the ability to grow from stress instead of becoming distressed. SESSIONS ARE 1X A WEEK ON TUESDAYS.
